Abstract: A work vehicle may include a chassis, a ground-engaging blade, a sensor, and a controller. The ground-engaging blade may be movably connected to the chassis via a linkage configured to allow the blade to be raised or lowered relative to the chassis. The sensor may be connected to the chassis at a fixed relative position to the chassis and configured to provide a pitch signal indicative of a rotational velocity in a pitch direction. The controller may be configured to receive the pitch signal and send a command to raise or lower the blade, the command based on a first gain and the pitch signal when the pitch signal indicates a rotational velocity in a first direction and based on a second gain and the pitch signal when the pitch signal indicates a rotational velocity in a second direction.

Abstract: A work vehicle comprising a frame supported by a ground engaging device. A boom assembly is coupled to the frame. An attachment coupler is coupled to the boom assembly. An electronic data processor is communicatively coupled to a boom actuator, an attachment coupler actuator, a boom sensor, an attachment coupler sensor, and an operator input device. A computer readable storage medium comprising machine readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to receive an operator input and for a tilt forward command, command the boom actuator to move the boom assembly to a frame contact position and then command the attachment coupler actuator to move the attachment coupler towards a lower position. For a tilt rearward command, command the attachment coupler actuator to move the attachment coupler towards an upper position and then command the boom actuator to move the boom assembly towards a raised position.

Abstract: A work vehicle includes a frame; an implement; a linkage assembly mounting the implement to the frame; a linkage actuator coupled to the linkage assembly and the frame and configured to reposition the linkage assembly relative to the frame; a sensor configured to generate sensor position data associated with at least one of the linkage assembly and the linkage actuator representing a linkage position; an operator interface configured to receive operator input from an operator associated with the linkage actuator representing a velocity request; and an electronic control system having processing and memory architecture operatively coupled to the sensor, operator interface, and linkage actuator. The electronic control system is configured to generate an actuator command for the linkage actuator based on the velocity request and the linkage position that, upon execution, results in a constant velocity of the implement for the operator input regardless of the linkage position.

Abstract: An open loop electrohydraulic bucket position control system for a work vehicle having a positionable bucket coupled to a movable boom. The bucket control system maintains a position of the bucket with respect to a frame of the vehicle as the movable boom is raised or lowered. A bucket command, determined by an operator of the vehicle, is modified based on a pre-determined relationship of the work vehicle's hardware and known and constant properties of a linkage design of the work machine. The control system includes a processor and one or more look-up tables that include data identifying implement velocities with respect to boom commands and implement velocities with respect to bucket commands. Bucket commands are modified based on a relationship between the commanded velocity of the boom and a level orientation of the bucket during the commanded heights of the boom. Modified bucket commands and boom commands adjust the position of a bucket hydraulic cylinder and a boom hydraulic cylinder.

Abstract: An auxiliary flow adjustment system and method are disclosed for controlling an auxiliary hydraulic function on a machine in accordance with commands from an operator. The auxiliary flow adjustment system includes operator controls that control a hydraulic control valve. The control valve controls flow rate and flow direction to the auxiliary hydraulic function. When the auxiliary flow adjustment system is activated, the operator can use the operator controls to select a desired flow rate and flow direction for the auxiliary function and maintain the desired flow rate and direction without further use of the operator controls. When the flow adjustment system is activated while a non-zero flow rate is selected, the desired flow rate and direction can be set to the current settings. A resume control can retrieve and command the previously stored desired flow rate and direction. Controls can be used to increase and decrease the set flow rate.
