摘要: A work vehicle comprising a frame supported by a ground engaging device. A boom assembly is coupled to the frame. An attachment coupler is coupled to the boom assembly. An electronic data processor is communicatively coupled to a boom actuator, an attachment coupler actuator, a boom sensor, an attachment coupler sensor, and an operator input device. A computer readable storage medium comprising machine readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to receive an operator input and for a tilt forward command, command the boom actuator to move the boom assembly to a frame contact position and then command the attachment coupler actuator to move the attachment coupler towards a lower position. For a tilt rearward command, command the attachment coupler actuator to move the attachment coupler towards an upper position and then command the boom actuator to move the boom assembly towards a raised position.

摘要: An excavation system is disclosed for use with an excavation machine having a work tool and with an IPCC. The excavation system may have a location device configured to generate a first signal indicative of a location of the excavation machine, a display, and at least one controller in communication with the location device and the display. The controller may be configured to receive a second signal indicative of a location of the IPCC, and to cause representations of the excavation machine and the IPCC to be simultaneously shown on the display based on the first and second signals. The at least one controller may also be configured to determine a swing radius of the work tool, and to selectively cause an indication of alignment between the IPCC and the swing radius to be shown on the display based on the first signal, the second signal, and the swing radius.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to a control method for controlling the operation of a lift assembly of a work vehicle, wherein the lift assembly includes an implement and at least one loader arm coupled to the implement. As such, the method may generally include transmitting at least one first command signal in order to simultaneously move the loader arm and the implement towards a return position. The first command signal(s) are associated with moving the loader arms at a movement velocity. The method also includes monitoring a height of the implement relative to a driving surface of the work vehicle during simultaneous movement of the loader arm and the implement. As such, the method may also include reducing the movement velocity of the loader arm when the height is below a predetermined threshold.

摘要: A hauling machine is disclosed. The hauling machine may include a dump body and an inertial measurement unit (IMU) disposed proximate to the dump body. The IMU may be configured to measure an impact of a payload material on the dump body during a first load cycle, and generate impact data based on the impact of the payload material. The hauling machine may also include a controller in operative communication with the IMU. The controller may be configured to: receive the impact data from the IMU, estimate a center of gravity, a net load, and an amplitude of the impact of the payload material based on the impact data, and determine a desired dumping point of the payload material into the dump body for a second load cycle based on the center of gravity, the net load, and the amplitude of the impact.

The method includes the steps: of selecting a control profile to be used as a basic control profile including indications for positions of at least one of the bucket and the boom of the work machine as a function of a distance traveled by the work machine with reference to a reference location; obtaining information of a distance traveled by the work machine while loading material to the bucket; examining at least one condition regarding the work machine during loading; and determining, on the basis of the examined condition, whether another position than indicated by the selected control profile is to be used for at least one of the bucket and the boom.

The rollback control system includes a source of vehicle conditions data that indicates one or more observable conditions associated with the work vehicle. The rollback control system includes at least one controller that receives and processes the vehicle conditions data to determine a position of the bucket relative to a material. The at least one controller outputs one or more control signals to direct flow of hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic cylinders to move the bucket to the second position based on the determined position of the bucket.
