Abstract: A handy pump has a head and a body. A display window is disposed on an outer circumference of the head to surround the head. A light-guide plate is disposed to guide light from a light source to the display window. The light source is controlled to display operating states of the handy pump. A clearance and a clearance for ventilation are defined within a guide cap when the guide cap is placed to cover a plug and a container. The handy pump discharges air downwardly from inside of the guide cap along the outside of the plug and the container.
