    Abstract: In a push-pull type DC/DC converter capable of operating primary side switching elements alternately, a switching operation section turns on a primary side switching element having a high priority after a mode (d) as a normal state is transferred to a mode (d) as an inverse state during a circulation period when a load current is circulated into the secondary side rectifier elements when all of the primary side switching elements are turned off. To turn on the primary side switching element having a high priority after occurrence of the state transition to the inverse state can reduce a voltage immediately after supplying of electric power to the primary side switching elements with using exciting current and without adding any additional component.

    Abstract: An electrical charging apparatus working to electrically charge an electrical storage device includes an electrical power converter and a controller.     Abstract: A boost converter capable of reducing a common-mode current that flows to the outside of a casing. In the converter, a boost circuit includes first and second inductors and at least one switching element electrically connected therebetween. A controller turns on and off the at least one switching element to boost an input voltage of the boost circuit. A first floating capacitor is formed between a first electrical path, which is at the same potential as a junction between the at least one switching element and the first inductor, and a mounting member coupled to a reference potential member with an insulator therebetween. A second floating capacitor is formed between a second electrical path, which is at the same potential as a junction between the at least one switching element and the second inductor, and the mounting member.
