摘要: A shift range control device controls switching of a shift range by controlling a drive of a motor, and includes a signal acquisition unit and a drive control unit. The signal acquisition unit acquires the rotation angle signal from the encoder that outputs rotation angle signals of three or more phases with different phases. The drive control unit controls the drive of the motor so that a rotational position of the motor becomes the target rotational position according to the target shift range. When an abnormality of the rotation angle signal is detected during switching of the shift range, the drive control unit performs fixed phase energization that continues energization to the same energized phase, and stops rotation of the motor.

The control unit includes a first position learning unit, a second position learning unit, and a power-on determination unit. When the power-on determination unit determines that the power on is the post-instantaneous interruption on while the vehicle power is turned on, the first position learning unit learns the first reference position or the second position learning unit learns the second reference position, (i) in a case where the display device still displays the N-range after the target-range determination unit determines the target range to the R-range while the display device displays the N-range or (ii) in a case where the display device displays the N-range after the target-range determination unit determines the target range to the N-range while the display device displays the R-range.

摘要: A shift range control device switches a shift range by controlling a drive of a motor in which a rotor rotates by energizing a motor winding. An angle calculation unit calculates a motor angle based on a signal from a rotation angle sensor that detects a rotation position of the rotor. An energization control unit drives the rotor so that the motor angle becomes a target angle according to the target shift range, and stops the rotor at a position where the motor angle becomes the target angle, by controlling the energization of the motor winding. A zero point estimation unit estimates a speed 0 point, which is a timing at which a rotational speed of the vibrating rotor becomes 0 during the stop control for stopping the rotor. The energization control unit switches a current control at the estimated speed 0 point.

摘要: A shift range control apparatus controls a shift range switching system that switches shift ranges by controlling driving of a motor. This control apparatus calculates a motor angle based on a motor rotation angle signal, acquires an output shaft signal based on a rotation position of an output shaft from an output shaft sensor, sets a target rotation angle based on a target shift range and the output shaft signal, and controls driving of the motor such that the motor angle becomes the target rotation angle. The control apparatus sets the target rotation angle to a target limit value, in response to the target rotation angle that is set based on the output shaft signal being a value at which rotation occurs that is further toward a back side in a rotation direction than the target limit value that is set based on shift ranges before and after switching.

摘要: A shift range control device includes a drive circuit, a voltage detector, and a controller. The drive circuit includes switching elements, and is shared by a plurality of winding sets. The voltage detector detects terminal voltages of respective phases. The controller controls energization of the winding sets by controlling on and off operations of the switching elements, and controls interruption units each capable of switching between conduction and interruption of power from a power supply to a corresponding winding set. The controller performs disconnection diagnosis based on the terminal voltage during energization of the winding sets in a control state where one of the interruption units is controlled to conduct the power and a remaining interruption unit is controlled to interrupt the power.

摘要: A shift range control device includes a plurality of control units provided for each of motor windings. When a motor rotation angle sensor is normal, a drive control unit controls an energization of the motor winding of its own system by using a motor rotation angle signal. When the motor rotation angle sensor has an abnormality and it is determined that an output shaft is rotating before a standby time elapses, the drive control unit does not energize the motor winding of its own system. When it is determined that the output shaft is not rotating even after the standby time has elapsed, the drive control unit controls the energization of the motor winding of its own system without using the motor rotation angle signal.
