    Abstract: In a definition cross-section of a planet gear located on an eccentric side in a radial direction relative to a driving rotor and a driven rotor, an imaginary straight line is defined by connecting a center of a planet side outer arc part that configures a raceway groove of a planet outer wheel on the eccentric side to a center of a solar side outer arc part that configures a raceway groove of a solar outer wheel on an opposite side opposite from the eccentric side. A planet side inner arc part of a planet inner wheel and a solar side inner arc part of a solar inner wheel are located on the imaginary straight line in the definition cross-section.

    Abstract: A planet bearing has a single row of spherical rolling elements between an outer wheel and an inner wheel. A planet gear is supported by the outer wheel from a radially inner side. A planet carrier supports the inner wheel from a radially inner side. An elastic component is interposed between the inner wheel and the planet carrier. A driving rotor or a driven rotor has a thrust bearing part that supports the planet gear from one side in the axial direction. The outer wheel is in contact with the spherical rolling element at a rolling contact point and defines a contact angle on the one side in the axial direction.

    Abstract: A planetary carrier supports a geared rotor from an inside in a radial direction, and receives a radial load in a first region, which is offset to one end from a center position in an axial direction. A ball bearing roller supports the planetary carrier from an outside in the radial direction in a second region, which is offset to an other end from the center position. The ball bearing roller is a single-row ball bearing roller that has an outer ring supported by a drive rotor, an inner ring which supports the planetary carrier, and a plurality of rolling elements which are rotatably installed in a single row to be in contact with and between the outer and the inner rings. The geared rotor is tilted relative to the axial direction, and contacts a driven rotor in the axial direction. An angle of the geared rotor relative to the axial direction is set to be smaller than a maximum allowable angle at which the inner ring is allowed to be tilted relative to the axial direction.
