Abstract: A regenerative heat exchanger includes a refrigerant pipe, a regenerator, and an air passage fin. The air passage fin is disposed in an air passage defined outside of the refrigerant pipe and the regenerator, and is thermally connected with the regenerator directly or through the refrigerant pipe. At least one of the regenerator and the air passage fin is configured such that a thermal resistance between a part of a regenerative material located on an upstream side and air flowing through the air passage becomes larger than a thermal resistance between a part of the regenerative material located on a downstream side and air flowing through the air passage.

Abstract: An air conditioner includes a circulation flow channel in which a refrigerant circulates, an evaporator provided in the circulation flow channel to cool air by heat exchange with the refrigerant passing through the circulation flow channel, a first cold storage unit provided in the evaporator at a position adjacent to a tube in which the refrigerant flows in the evaporator, and a second cold storage unit provided in the circulation flow channel at a position different from the evaporator. The first cold storage unit is configured to store therein a first cold storage material which changes in phase by the heat exchange with the refrigerant passing through the tube, and the second cold storage unit is configured to store therein a second cold storage material which changes in phase by the heat exchange with the refrigerant passing through the circulation flow channel.

Abstract: A first header tank and a second header tank of a cold-storage heat exchanger are located away from each other. Refrigerant tubes include refrigerant passages through which the first header tank and the second header tank communicate with each other. The refrigerant tubes are spaced away from each other. Cold energy containers storing cold energy storage members are provided to close air passage portions defined between the refrigerant pipes. A region including the air passage portions are separated into a first region including a center part of the region and a second region that is remaining part of the region. A proportion of the cold energy containers in the second region is larger than that in the first region.

Abstract: A cold energy storage evaporator is used in a vehicle refrigeration cycle device configured to cool a vehicle compartment. The cold energy storage evaporator includes a refrigerant tube through which a refrigerant flows, and a cold energy storage member that is in close contact with the refrigerant tube, the cold energy container accommodating therein a cold energy storage member configured to freeze due to heat absorption by the refrigerant. A melting point of the cold energy storage member is higher than 11 degrees Celsius.
