    摘要: An output portion is formed integrally with an output gear made of a magnetic material and is rotated integrally with the output gear. A yoke is placed at the output gear and includes first and second yokes. An arcuate gap, which extends along an arc that is centered at a rotational center of the output gear, is formed between the first yoke and the second yoke. A magnet is installed between one end of the first yoke and one end of the second yoke. Another magnet is installed between another end of the first yoke and another end of the second yoke. A Hall IC is placed in the arcuate gap and is movable relative to the yoke. Primary holes are formed between the rotational center and the yoke such that the primary holes extend through the output gear in a plate thickness direction of the output gear.

    摘要: Each of gear teeth of an external gear has a tooth-bottom portion, a tooth-middle portion and a tooth-front portion. The tooth-middle portion is operatively engaged with an internal gear. A cross-sectional shape of the tooth-bottom portion is formed by a hypocycloid curved line. A cross-sectional shape of the tooth-middle portion is formed by an epicycloid curved line. A cross-sectional shape of the tooth-front portion is formed by a first predetermined curved line, which is located at a position closer to a first pitch circle of the external gear in a radial-inward direction from a reference epicycloid curved line. The reference epicycloid curved line is continuously connected to each of the curved lines of the tooth-middle portion at both circumferential sides of each gear tooth. As a result, the tooth-front portion is so formed that a part of the tooth-front portion is escaped in the radial-inward direction from the reference epicycloid curved line.

    摘要: A rotating electrical machine includes a plurality of winding holding portions, a plurality of coil terminals having a winding connection portion connected to a winding, and a plurality of motor terminals connected to the coil terminal. The winding has two or more coils between one end portion and the other end portion. The winding holding portion and the winding connection portion are arranged inward of the coil in the radial direction. The motor terminal includes a connector portion connectable to an external power supply terminal, a contacted portion contacted by the contact portion of the coil terminal in the axial direction, and a connecting portion that connects the connector portion and the contacted portion. At least a portion of the connecting portion extends from the connector portion to the contacted portion through an opposite side to the stator core with respect to a metal plate.
