摘要： An improved rotary joint comprises an assembly wherein all of the fluid-passing and heat-exchange communicating tubes, which are concentrically assembled and circumferentially rotatable as a unit, rotate as a single unit in and with the roll or screw being heated and/or cooled and the tubes terminate at their feed inlet and vent exhaust ends within a fixed housing. Reduced wear is noted for this variety of joint which is advantageously employed for the feeding of various heat-exchange liquids or other fluids to milti-zone extruder screws or the like, and for analogous applications.
