Specifically, the coating film formed by containing the colorant according to the present disclosure and treating the same at a high temperature during post-baking treatment has high optical density (OD) per thickness, and has a low permittivity constant of 5.0 or less even when the measurement Hz changes, and the change is also small.

摘要: The pixel separation layer used in OLED displays has a plastic hardness of 500 N/mm2 or more and a modulus of 7,000 Mpa or more; however, since the pixel separation layer requires a polarizing plate, it has a physical disadvantage in that it is not bendable and heavy. In contrast, the pixel separation layer enables the implementation of a flexible display and reduces the thickness and weight of the display. Additionally, visibility increases through blocking and absorption of external reflected light, and the plastic hardness and modulus are improved to the levels of the conventional pixel separation layer, and thus there is an advantage in that it is possible to implement a display without cracks even from external impacts. Consequently, a coloring pattern is implemented with a high optical density on an electrode substrate to improve impact resistance, display reliability, and lifetime of a display as well as vivid colors.

摘要: An object of the present disclosure is to improve display reliability and lifetime as well as vivid colors. When there remain residues in the washing part due to incomplete removal during the developing step, it can cause dark spots or pixel off due to the residues, and thus residue-free pixels can be formed by optimizing the temperature and time for developing. Additionally, when the amount of outgas in the panel after post-baking is 15 ppm or more, it may cause a reduction in luminance and lifetime due to pixel shrinkage. Therefore, in order to minimize the amount of outgas after completion of the post-baking process, the generation of outgas in the panel state can be minimized by generating sufficient fume in the post-baking step, in addition to forming clean pixels in the developing step.

摘要: Provided are a method for preparing a pixel defining layer comprising applying and coating, pre-baking, exposing to light, developing, and post-baking of a photosensitive composition containing a colorant having a pigment with an average particle size of 100 nm or less, wherein the coated film generated after the post-baking has an optical density of 0.8/μm to 2.0/μm, a roughness of 3.0 nm or less, and no residue; and an organic light emitting display device comprising the pixel defining layer obtained by the method which has improved display reliability and lifetime as well as vivid colors.

摘要: An object of the present disclosure is to implement a coloring pattern with a low amount of outgas on an electrode substrate to thereby increase reliability and lifetime of display as well as vivid colors of the same. That is, considering that when the amount of outgas in the panel after post-baking is 15 ppm or more, it may cause a reduction in luminance and lifetime due to pixel shrinkage, in order to minimize the amount of outgas after completion of the post-baking process, the generation of outgas in the panel state is minimized by generating sufficient fume in the post-baking step by way of including a colorant according to the present disclosure.
