摘要: There is provided a thermal transfer sheet having satisfactory peelability when a transfer layer is peeled off without being affected by a peeling environment when the transfer layer is peeled off.
A thermal transfer sheet 100 includes a substrate 1 and a transfer layer 10 provided on one surface of the substrate 1, in which the peeling force in a stable period is in the range of 4.6 g/cm or more and 23 g/cm or less when the transfer layer 10 is peeled off at a peeling temperature in the range of 30° C. or more and 70° C. or less and at a peeling angle of 90° while the surface of the transfer layer 10 on the side opposite to the substrate 1 is made to serve as a peeling interface.-

摘要: The present invention provides a transfer film that allows a transfer layer to have satisfactory transferability and can provide a print with high durability.The present invention solves the above problem by a transfer film 100 in which an adhesion layer 7, a release layer 2, and a transfer layer 10 are provided in this order on a substrate 1, wherein the transfer layer 10 has a layered structure in which a protective layer 3 and an adhesive layer 5 are layered in this order from the side of the substrate, the protective layer 3 is allowed to contain an active ray-cured resin formed by curing an active ray-curable resin by an active ray, and the adhesion layer 7 is allowed to contain a cured binder resin which is a cured product of a binder resin and a curing agent.

摘要: Provided are a combination of a thermal transfer sheet and an intermediate transfer medium which is capable of accurately transferring only a transfer layer of the intermediate transfer medium desired to be transferred onto a transfer receiving article in the production of a print, and a thermal transfer sheet which is used in combination with an intermediate transfer medium. Also provided are a method for producing a print, comprising accurately transferring only a transfer layer of an intermediate transfer medium desired to be transferred onto a transfer receiving article, and a thermal transfer printer which is used in this method for producing a print. In the thermal transfer sheet which is used in combination with an intermediate transfer medium, inhibit layer 2 is disposed on substrate 1, and the inhibit layer 2 contains a carnauba wax.

摘要: An object is to provide a transfer film that can impart sufficient durability such as abrasion resistance and solvent resistance to a transfer object surface and has high transfer property without causing any transfer failures such as tailing and burr. The transfer film according to the present invention comprises a substrate and a protective layer peelably provided on the substrate, wherein the protective layer comprises an active ray-cured resin and a filler; wherein the active ray-cured resin contains polyfunctional urethane (meth)acrylate as a polymerization component; and wherein the filler has a volume average particle size of 40 nm or less.
