摘要: An intermediate transfer medium having a first transfer layer releasably provided on a support, a thermal transfer sheet in which a first colorant layer, a second transfer layer, and a second colorant layer are provided on one surface of a substrate so as being frame sequentially, and the second transfer layer is releasably provided from the substrate, and a transfer receiving article. The first colorant layer is used to form a first image on the first transfer layer of the intermediate transfer medium. The second transfer layer is transferred onto the first transfer layer on which the first image is formed, and then, the second colorant layer is used to form a second image on the second transfer layer. The first transfer layer is transferred together with the second transfer layer transferred on the first transfer layer onto the transfer receiving article to obtain a print having a stereoscopic image.

摘要: The present invention provide a reflective thermal transfer label manufacturing method, which includes the step S1: providing a reflective layer with a plurality of beads; step S2: forming a first mask on the reflective layer, and is pre-formed a first hollow pattern; step S3: printing a first ink on the first mask; step S4: adding the glue layer into a first ink; step S5: peeling off the first ink and the glue layer, so the plurality of beads of the reflective layer is separated from the reflective layer at the position of the first hollow pattern; and step S6: forming a reflective label with the first hollow pattern which is composed of the plurality of beads, the first ink and the glue layer. The present invention also provides a single-color reflective label and a multi-colors reflective label.

摘要: A thermal transfer sheet is used in indirect transfer printing for forming an image through a primary transfer from the thermal transfer sheet to an intermediate transfer medium and thereafter forming an image on a transfer target through secondary transfer to the transfer target. 摘要: It is the object of the present invention to provide a new polymer coating for low temperature plastics and plastic foams that allows for the application of disperse dyes in a sublimation process that preserves the original properties of the underlying plastic substrate. The composition includes an optically clear synthetic organic polymer base holding two layers, a first reflective layer supported by the low temperature plastic substrate that includes IR radiation reflecting additives, and a second layer supported by the first layer having light scattering particulate additives. The disperse dyes utilized in the invention may include additives to absorb IR radiation provided by an external IR source positioned above the disperse dyes causing the dyes to sublimate and diffuse quickly into the light scattering layer. The combination of these layers allows for diffusion of the disperse dye ink into the light scattering layer while protecting the low temperature plastic below.

摘要: Pattern transfer sheets and methods are provided for printing paste patterns (e.g., thin fingers) with a high aspect ratio and for increasing throughput in pattern transfer printing. Trenches in the pattern transfer sheets, that are configured to be filled with printing paste and to enable releasing the printing paste from the trenches onto a receiving substrate upon illumination by a laser beam—are coated internally by a coating configured to disintegrate upon the illumination. The coating is configured to enhance the releasing of the paste—increasing throughput and printing accuracy. The receiving substrate may be cleaned after paste deposition by removing disintegration products of the coating therefrom. Alternatively or complementarily, laser absorbing dye may be mixed into the printing paste to facilitate its release from the trenches.

摘要: An illustrative dye sublimation apparatus may include a pair of printed sheets placed on either side of a substrate that allows for image infusion on both sides of the substrate. A second heat source, such as a heated plate, is included in order to heat the second printed sheet. Compared to the conventional systems in which a single heat source heats a single printed, the embodiments disclosed herein describe a process for simultaneous double-sided image infusion, which results in a substrate with sublimated images on both sides.
