    摘要： A sheet conveying device, which is included in an image forming apparatus, includes a pair of rotary bodies configured to convey a sheet and correct a positional deviation of the sheet, a pair of downstream side sheet conveying bodies disposed downstream from the pair of rotary bodies in a sheet conveying direction and configured to convey the sheet, and a detector configured to detect separation of the pair of rotary bodies. The pair of rotary bodies moves the sheet by moving from a home position on a sheet conveyance passage through which the sheet passes. The pair of rotary bodies moves to the home position while the pair of downstream side sheet conveying bodies is conveying the sheet, in response to detection of the separation of the pair of rotary bodies by the detector.

    摘要： A liquid droplet forming device for stably forming and ejecting a liquid droplet of a dispersion liquid containing settling particles includes an ejection head that ejects a liquid droplet of a liquid containing settling particles, and a control unit. The control unit controls a behavior of the ejection head by supplying an electrical signal. The ejection head includes a liquid holding portion that holds the liquid, a film-like member that has an ejection hole for ejecting the liquid droplet and that forms a liquid chamber, which holds the liquid, together with the liquid holding portion, and vibration applying means for vibrating the film-like member based on the electrical signal. The electrical signal includes an ejection signal for forming the liquid droplet by vibrating the film-like member, a stirring signal for vibrating the film-like member and a micro-vibration signal.

The fixing rotator has an outer circumferential surface having a first area and a second area. The first area contacts both a first sheet and a second sheet having a width narrower than the width of the first sheet. The second area contacts the first sheet but does not contact the second sheet. The first temperature sensor detects a first temperature of the first area. The second temperature sensor detects a second temperature of the second area. The contact rotator contacts both the first area and the second area and rotates at the one of at least two relative velocities with respect to the fixing rotator. The circuitry sets one of the at least two relative velocities based on the first temperature and the second temperature.

The outer core layer is formed of a rubber composition made primarily of polybutadiene rubber. The solid core has a diameter of from 35 to 42 mm. The ball has specific relationships between the hardness of the inner core layer 1 mm inside a boundary between the inner core layer and the outer core layer, the hardness of the outer core layer 1 mm outside the boundary, and the surface hardness of the outer core layer. And, the inner cover layer has the specific thickness and Shore D hardness, and the outer cover layer has the specific thickness and Shore D hardness, which is higher than that of the inner cover layer. Such a golf ball is able to achieve an increased distance.
