Abstract: An automatic removal method of a shrimp line completes the automatic removal of the shrimp line based on a recognition system, a control system, a feed system, a detection device, a loading device and an auxiliary device. Firstly, by adopting a method of photographic contrast, in a moving process of a shrimp to be treated on a device, a photographing mechanism can take candid photographs according to a preset feature picture, and then controls the track of a tool to remove a shrimp line to complete the purpose of automatically removing the shrimp line. The method has small manual operation, high automation, safe operation, high integration degree of the device, portability, and good removal efficiency of the shrimp line, and is suitable for family meals and table food in restaurants.

Abstract: A supporting device and method for a large thin-walled part is disclosed. The supporting device comprises a processing device and a supporting device. A workpiece is positioned between the processing device and the supporting device and is clamped at a periphery in a flexible clamping mode. A cutter in the processing device is connected with an iron core. A coil is wound on the iron core. When the coil is energized, a magnetic field is generated around the coil. A blade part of the cutter is in contact with a processing side of the workpiece. The supporting method combines the magnetorheological fluid technology with the jet supporting technology, and uses a jet impact force to offset part of a milling force. The current magnitude and winding mode of the coil are changed to control magnetic field intensity. The magnetorheological fluid is cured instantly to support the workpiece.

Abstract: A method for determining a reduction factor of a bearing capacity of an axial load cylindrical shell structure is described. In the method, a depression defect is introduced in a manner of applying a radial disturbance load. Then, an influence rule of a depression defect amplitude of a single point to an axial load bearing capacity is analyzed by using numerical values; then, defect sensitivity analysis is performed on depression defects of multiple points; then, experiment design sampling is performed by using load amplitude values and load position distribution as design variables; and finally, the most disadvantageous disturbance load of the multiple points that limits the defect amplitude is searched for, and a reduction factor of the bearing capacity of the axial load cylindrical shell structure is determined.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an image encryption method based on multi-scale compressed sensing and a Markov model. According to the difference in information carried by low-frequency coefficients and high-frequency coefficients of an image, different sampling rates are set for the low-frequency coefficients and the high-frequency coefficients of the image, which can effectively improve the reconstruction quality of a decrypted image. The decrypted image obtained by the present disclosure has higher quality than the decrypted image generated by the existing scheme, and a better visual effect and more complete original image information can be obtained.
