摘要: The present disclosure involves an intelligent method and device for cutting squid white slices, the intelligent method being implemented on the intelligent device for cutting squid white slices. The method may be implemented on a calculating device, the calculating device may have at least one processor and at least one storage medium including an instruction set used for cutting the squid white slices, the method including: reading a laser point cloud data of a three-dimensional (3D) topography of the squid white slices; optimizing the laser point cloud data; extracting an effective area of the squid white slices; determining a cutting zero point; determining a cutting process area; and determining optimization of a cutting point position and a cutting angle. The one or more embodiments provided by the present disclosure may satisfy the needs of large-scale continuous production in factories, reduce labor costs, and improve production efficiency.

摘要: A chiller bath includes a tank for holding a volume of chiller water; a dosing system for dosing a first solution and a second solution into the chiller water, arranged to create a plurality of zones within the volume of water, wherein each zone has a higher concentration of either the first or the second solution than surrounding portions of the volume of water; and a meat or poultry immersion arrangement for immersing and moving carcasses in the chiller water. A method for reducing bacterial load on meat or poultry includes generating a plurality of zones within a chiller bath containing water by dosing a source of alkalinity and antimicrobial into the water, wherein the plurality of zones comprises at least one alkaline zone with a pH above 8.5, and at least one antimicrobial zone with pH below 8.5; and submersing meat or poultry in the bath. The zones can also be generated using spray nozzles in a meat or poultry operation.

摘要: An automatic removal method of a shrimp line completes the automatic removal of the shrimp line based on a recognition system, a control system, a feed system, a detection device, a loading device and an auxiliary device. Firstly, by adopting a method of photographic contrast, in a moving process of a shrimp to be treated on a device, a photographing mechanism can take candid photographs according to a preset feature picture, and then controls the track of a tool to remove a shrimp line to complete the purpose of automatically removing the shrimp line. The method has small manual operation, high automation, safe operation, high integration degree of the device, portability, and good removal efficiency of the shrimp line, and is suitable for family meals and table food in restaurants.

摘要: A system for processing shellfish includes an input hopper that receives a batch of shellfish to be processed. A conveyer is positioned to receive shellfish from the input hopper and transports the shellfish through the system. The conveyor defines a plurality of holes that allow cleaning substances to pass through the conveyor. A washing system comprising a least one nozzle that dispenses cleaning substances to the shellfish being transported by the conveyor. An operator station includes at least one container for depositing market-ready shellfish passing along the conveyor. At least one optical sensor is positioned to detect the market-ready shellfish being placed into the at least one container. A counter is electrically connected to the optical sensor and records a number of shellfish being placed in the at least one container. An output hopper is positioned proximate to an end of the conveyor to catch rejected shellfish.

摘要: An apparatus for cleaning and cooking seafood or crustacea has a container with an interior volume defined by a tapered wall, a basket removably received in the interior volume of the container, a pipe positioned adjacent to the wall of the container and having a plurality of apertures adapted to direct the flow of water through holes of the basket, and a connector fluidically connected to the pipe and having a portion extending outwardly of the tapered wall of the container. The basket is tapered so as to be nestable within the tapered wall of the container. The basket has an indentation with holes extending over the pipe. A pot is spaced from the container and nestably removably receives the basket therein.

摘要: The invention relates to device for soothing and calming an animal. In one embodiment, the device comprises a toy-shaped structure filled with soft stuffing material for an animal to lie against, the filler stuffing material at least partially defining a pouch within a central opening in the toy adapted to removably receive a modular simulator. The modular simulator generating rhythmic soothing acoustic sounds that simulate the actual breathing of the animal's mother and to communicate said breathing sound to the animal when lying against the toy structure. In another embodiment, the sound simulator is disposed in a pouch provided on a harness, the pouch being in proximity to the heart of the animal.
