摘要: The invention relates to a charging system for electric vehicles. The charging system comprises a grid power stage (12) comprising an AC/DC inverter can be connected on an input side via a connection point to an alternating current grid (10), a control device (38) for monitoring a charging process, and at least one charging connection (24) on an output side, the latter being able to be temporarily connected to a vehicle battery (26). A characteristic of the invention is that a buffer battery (16) having a significantly higher charge capacity than the vehicle battery (26) is connected to the grid charging stage (12). A rapid charging stage (22) comprising the control device (38) and a DC/DC inverter (44) that can be temporarily connected to a vehicle battery (26) on the output side by means of the charging connection (24) is connected to the buffer battery (16). The buffer battery (16) can further be connected to a charging location (52) on the alternating current grid (10) on the output side by means of a backcharging stage (46) comprising a switching unit (48) and a DC/AC inverter (50).

摘要: Converting electronic files comprising financial transaction data for supporting international electronic financial transactions. A gateway financial institution that processes electronic payments can organize files comprising international financial transactions according to the destination country. The gateway financial institution can transmit the organized transaction files to an interface that is coupled to the computing systems of foreign financial institutions. The interface can convert the transaction files from the format of the originating financial institution to the format of the receiving financial institution. The converted transaction files can then be forwarded to the respective foreign financial institutions. The interface can also transmit additional data associated with the transaction files to support settlement of the transactions.

摘要: In order to charge a rechargeable lithium-cobalt cell having a capacity C, the charging current undergoes several cycles (Z1, Z2) and each cycle (Z1, Z2) comprises high-current and low-current phases of different length. During a low-current phase, the current value is I1=C*0.090 (wherein I1 is in amperes and C is in ampere hours), and during a high-current phase, the current value is I2=C*0.165. It has been shown that the cell can thereby be charged at higher energy density and aging effects can thereby be reduced.

摘要: A transparent graphical user interface that overlays the user interfaces of other applications. The transparent user interface receives handwriting input and displays handwriting objects represented by handwriting input received in the area of the transparent handwriting interface. The transparent user interface of the invention can be expanded to include most of the display area of a computer, thereby allowing the user to write anywhere within the display area. This also allows the user to write multiple lines of text. Additionally, because the user interface is transparent, it allows the user to see the underlying graphical user interfaces for other applications, including applications that receive text recognized from the handwriting input written into the transparent handwriting interface. Further the transparent interface allows the user to interact with underlying graphical user interfaces.
