    摘要: There is provided an AC-DC converter circuit (100) for high power charging of an electrical battery. The circuit comprises an input rectifier comprising a first node and a second node. The input rectifier (110) is configured to receive an AC voltage at the first node (112) and provide a rectified voltage at the second node (114). The circuit further comprises a first transistor (120), comprising a first gate node (122), a first source node (124), and a first drain node (126). The first drain node is connected to the second node of the input rectifier. The first gate node is connected to a ground node (170). The circuit further comprises a second transistor (130), comprising a second gate node (132), a second source node (134), and a second drain node (136). The second drain node is connected to the first source node. The second transistor materially corresponds to the first transistor. The circuit further comprises a duty cycle control unit (140) connected to the second gate node for providing the second transistor with a switching waveform. The circuit further comprises an output rectifier (150) connected to the second source node or the first source node. The circuit further comprises an output electronic filter (160) connected to the second source node or an output node (151) of the output rectifier. An AC-DC converter device, a method for charging an electrical battery, and a regenerative braking system is also provided.

    摘要: In a vehicle drive unit, a motor and an inverter are disposed adjacent in an axial direction of the motor. A smoothing capacitor and each power module are connected by a busbar. Each power module has a flat shape having a wide width, and has a first cooling surface facing the motor. The first cooling surface of each power module is placed on a placement surface orthogonal to the axial direction. The plate-shaped busbar has a second cooling surface facing the motor. The busbar is connected to the smoothing capacitor and each power module, and is formed with a wide width so as to extend along a direction in which each power module is disposed side by side. The second cooling surface is placed on the placement surface. A cooling portion facing the first and second cooling surfaces is provided closer to the motor than the placement surface.

    摘要: A power stage circuit with multiple bidirectional AC to DC circuits for bidirectional charging is modified to connect the power stage converters in series for DC to AC applications. The power stage circuit can covert a DC input from a DC power source of a vehicle to an AC output for a power outlet of the vehicle. The power stage circuit uses two lines with a 120 VAC at the power outlet. Using a common neutral line, the AC to DC circuits are connected together to form a split phase power output, and the 120 VAC lines are 180 degrees out of phase to create a 240 VAC source at the power outlet.

    摘要: An electric work vehicle includes a battery in a machine body, an inverter to convert DC power output from the battery to AC power, a motor drivable by the AC power converted by the inverter, a rotational speed detector to obtain rotational speed information indicative of a rotational speed of the motor, a travel device drivable by the motor, an operator to change a required rotational speed required for the motor, and a controller configured or programmed to control a current flowing through the motor by operating the inverter in accordance with the rotational speed information and the required rotational speed. When a load applied to the motor is higher than a load set in advance, the controller is configured or programmed to stop driving the motor irrespective of the required rotational speed.
