    摘要: In a beverage dispensing nozzle, a cap member includes first, second, and third beverage syrup inlet ports coupled to a respective first, second, and third beverage syrup sources and a mixing fluid inlet port coupled to a mixing fluid source. An inner housing including a chamber is coupled to the cap member. A first annulus disposed within the chamber of the inner housing defines a first annular beverage syrup channel with the inner housing, wherein the first beverage syrup inlet port communicates beverage syrup to the first annular beverage syrup channel for discharge from the beverage dispensing nozzle in an annular flow pattern. A second annulus disposed within the chamber of the inner housing defines a second annular beverage syrup channel with the first annulus, wherein the second beverage syrup inlet port communicates beverage syrup to the second annular beverage syrup channel for discharge from the beverage dispensing nozzle in an annular flow pattern. A third annulus disposed within the chamber of the inner housing defines a third annular beverage syrup channel with the second annulus, wherein the third beverage syrup inlet port communicates beverage syrup to the third annular beverage syrup channel for discharge from the beverage dispensing nozzle in an annular flow pattern. The first annulus, the second annulus, and the third annulus align to define an irregularly shaped beverage syrup outlet that manipulates the annular flow pattern of the beverage syrup to prevent beverage syrup carryover. An outer housing coupled to the cap member defines an annular mixing fluid channel with the inner housing, wherein the mixing fluid inlet port communicates mixing fluid to the annular mixing fluid channel for discharge from the beverage dispensing nozzle in an annular flow pattern that contacts exiting beverage syrup to mix therewith outside the beverage dispensing nozzle.

    摘要: A pump control apparatus includes a pump coupled at an inlet to a water source and at an outlet to a first dispensing valve and a carbonator via a check valve. A power source is coupled to the pump, and a controller regulates the delivery of power from the power source to the pump. Responsive to a fill signal received from the carbonator, the controller activates the power source to deliver power to the pump at a first predetermined power level. Alternatively, the controller activates the power source to deliver power to the pump at a second predetermined power level in response to a dispense signal received from the first dispensing valve.

    摘要: A beverage dispenser with an improved component configuration for enhancing serviceability as well as increasing both the beverage dispensing capacity and the quantity of beverage dispensed at a cooler temperature while maintaining a compact size. The beverage dispenser includes a housing defining a cooling chamber having a cooling fluid contained therein, a water line, a product line, a rechill line substantially submerged within the cooling fluid, a carbonator within the cooling chamber coupled with the water line and a carbon dioxide gas source, dispensing valves mounted on the housing and coupled to the product lines and to at least one of the rechill line and the water line to deliver a beverage, and a refrigeration unit for cooling the cooling fluid. The refrigeration unit includes an evaporator coil substantially submerged within the cooling fluid. The evaporator coil, a one piece unit, includes a substantially concentric coil defined by an outer coil section and an inner coil section that is disposed within and substantially offset from the outer coil section for forming a uniformly distributed slab of frozen cooling fluid. The beverage dispenser includes a component configuration for enhancing serviceability including a mounting bracket for facilitating removal and attachment of component parts to the beverage dispenser without requiring an accompanying mounting screw to be separated from the beverage dispenser.
