Abstract: A power module of an electric assisted bicycle is disclosed and includes a pedal shaft, a gear-plate-output shaft, a reducer, a motor, a first sensor, a housing, a second sensor and a driving controller. The gear-plate-output, a reducer-output shaft and a reducer-fixed shaft of the reducer are disposed in parallel and sleeved on the pedal shaft concentrically. The motor drives the gear-plate-output shaft to rotate. The first sensor is disposed on the reducer-fixed shaft for sensing a first torque of the reducer-output shaft acting on the reducer-fixed shaft. The reducer-fixed shaft is connected to the housing. A frameset-fastening component protrudes outwardly from the housing, and is configured to fix the power module on the frameset. The second sensor is disposed on the frameset-fastening component for sensing a second torque of the power module acting on the frameset. The driving controller controls the motor in accordance with the second torque and the first torque.

A first tooth number difference between the first teeth and the second teeth is different from a second tooth number difference between the first teeth and the third teeth.

Abstract: A power module of an electric assisted bicycle is disclosed and includes a pedal shaft, a gear-plate-output shaft, a reducer-output shaft and a motor-output shaft. The pedal shaft is arranged along an axial direction. The gear-plate-output shaft includes a first section and a second section arranged in the axial direction. The first section is concentrically sleeved on the pedal shaft through a first one-way bearing along a radial direction. When the pedal shaft is forced to rotate, the gear-plate-output shaft is driven through the first one-way bearing. The reducer-output shaft is concentrically sleeved on an outer surface of the second section through a second one-way bearing along the radial direction. The motor-output shaft is concentrically sleeved on the reducer-output shaft along the radial direction. When the motor-output shaft drives the reducer-output shaft to rotate, the gear-plate-output shaft is driven by the reducer-output shaft through the second one-way bearing.

Abstract: A two-stage cycloid speed reducer comprises two rotating disc assemblies. Each rotating disc assembly comprises two cycloid discs. In other words, the cycloid speed reducer has four cycloid discs to be in contact with the corresponding rollers. Consequently, the load withstood by each cycloid disc is reduced. Since the cycloid speed reducer has stronger structural strength, the cycloid speed reducer can be applied to the high-load circumstance. Moreover, an eccentric assembly of the eccentric device includes a plurality of eccentric cylinders. The eccentric cylinders are disposed within the axle holes of the corresponding cycloid discs. Due to the eccentric cylinders, the eccentric direction of two cycloid discs is opposite to the eccentric direction of the other two cycloid discs. Consequently, it is not necessary to install an additional weight compensation device in the cycloid speed reducer to compensate the dynamic equilibrium. Moreover, the cycloid speed reducer can be assembled easily.

Abstract: A linear-rotary actuator includes a base, a first linear motor, a second linear motor, a linear rail, and a ball screw. The first and second linear motors are disposed on the base and respectively have a coil assembly and a magnet backplane. The linear rail is located on the base. The ball screw includes a screw and a nut, wherein the screw is connected to the first linear motor, and the nut is connected to the second linear motor. When the screw and the nut are driven by the first and second linear motors to move along the linear rail in a synchronized manner, the linear-rotary actuator provides linear motion output. When the nut is driven by the second linear motor to move along the linear rail in an asynchronous manner with respect to the screw, the linear-rotary actuator provides rotary motion output.

Abstract: A rotary machine device configured to contact with an external object is provided. The rotary machine device includes a rotary motor, a first encoder, a fixed housing, a fixed shaft, an output shaft and a second encoder. The rotary motor includes a motor housing and an exerting shaft. As the rotor of the motor housing rotates for a rotation angle, the rotor drives the exerting shaft to rotate for an exerting angle. The first encoder detects the rotation angle of the rotor. The output shaft includes an elastomer and is inserted in an accommodation hole of the fixed shaft. The elastomer is penetrated through the output shaft and is connected to the exerting shaft. The second encoder includes a disk and a sensor disposed on the exerting shaft and the fixed shaft respectively. The sensor detects the exerting angle of the exerting shaft through the disk.
