摘要： Compositions and methods for detecting a neurodegenerative disorder, and methods of treating a neurogenerative disorder are disclosed. Biomarkers for a neurodegenerative disorder containing a polymorphism in the nucleotide sequence of PP3R1, GSK3beta, PPP3CA, FYN, WISP1, MGEA5, CTSD, F2, MAPT, OGT or PRKCA are also disclosed. A method for detecting a neurodegenerative disorder by detecting polymorphisms in the above genes is further disclosed.
