摘要： The present disclosure provides a wire to board connector. The wire to board connector comprises a body, a plurality of sheet-shaped insulating bodies, a plurality of first covers, and a plurality of second covers. The body comprises an accommodating groove. The sheet insulating bodies are arranged in the accommodating groove in parallel along a first direction. Each of the sheet insulating bodies is provided with a plurality of terminal groups and a plurality of cables corresponding to the terminal groups. The plurality of terminal groups is disposed along a second direction. The first direction is perpendicular to the second direction. The plurality of first covers correspond to the plurality of second covers. The corresponding first cover and second cover respectively cover the opposite sides of the corresponding sheet-shaped insulating body in the first direction.

摘要： The present disclosure provides a housing for wire to board connectors. The housing comprises a main body, a first end cover, and a second end cover. The main body comprises an accommodating groove, the bottom of which is provided with a plurality of terminal openings disposed at intervals. A terminal module is disposed in the accommodating groove. A plurality of terminal groups are respectively inserted into the corresponding terminal openings. The first end cover disposed on one end edge of the main body comprises a plurality of first partition parts disposed at intervals. The second end cover disposed on the other end edge of the main body comprises a plurality of second partition parts disposed at intervals, and is opposite to the first end cover. The plurality of second partition parts and the plurality of first partition parts are alternately disposed.

摘要： A terminal module, comprising a first cover, a first insulator, a second insulator, and a second cover. The first insulator is installed on the first cover, comprising a plurality of terminal bases and a plurality of first accommodating grooves. The plurality of terminal bases is disposed at the bottom of the first insulator. A terminal group is disposed in each of the terminal bases. The second insulator is disposed on the first insulator, comprising a plurality of second accommodating grooves. The plurality of second accommodating grooves correspond to the plurality of first accommodating grooves. Each of the first accommodating grooves and the corresponding second accommodating groove accommodate a cable collectively. The cable is electrically connected to the corresponding terminal group. The second cover is installed on the first insulator, so that the first insulator and the second insulator are disposed between the first cover and the second cover.

摘要： An electrical connector includes a housing and a number of mating modules assembled to the housing. The mating module includes conductive terminals, metal shield surrounding members and cables. The conductive terminal includes a tail portion and a mating portion. The conductive terminal extends along a mating direction. The metal shield surrounding member includes a sleeve portion surrounding a periphery of the mating portion. The cable includes a core electrically connected to the tail portion. Compared with the prior art, the electrical connector disclosed in the present disclosure is a cable electrical connector. Besides, the conductive terminal extends along the mating direction, thereby simplifying the structural design of the conductive terminal. The present disclosure also discloses an electrical connector assembly having the electrical connector.

摘要： A backplane connector assembly includes a first backplane connector and a second backplane connector. The first backplane connector includes a number of first conductive terminals, a first metal shield and a second metal shield. The first conductive terminal includes a first mating portion, a first tail portion and a first connection portion extending along a mating direction. The first conductive terminals includes first differential signal terminals. The first backplane connector includes a number of shielding spaces. The second backplane connector includes second differential signal terminals and metal shield surrounding members received in the shield spaces. Compared with the prior art, the structure of the first conductive terminals of the backplane connector assembly of the present invention is simplified. By providing the shielding spaces and the metal shield surrounding members, the shielding effect of the present disclosure is improved.

摘要： A backplane connector includes a number of conductive terminals, an insulating frame, a first metal shield and a second metal shield. Each conductive terminal includes a connection portion and a contact portion. The conductive terminals include differential signal terminals, a first ground terminal and a second ground terminal. The first metal shield has a first elastic arm and a second elastic arm. The second metal shield has a third elastic arm and a fourth elastic arm. The first elastic arm and the third elastic arm are in contact with two opposite side surfaces of the contact portion of the first ground terminal. The second elastic arm and the fourth elastic arm are in contact with two opposite side surfaces of the contact portion of the second ground terminal. This arrangement increases the grounding shielding area, reduces crosstalk, and improves the quality of signal transmission.

摘要： A backplane connector includes a number of conductive terminals, an insulating frame, a first metal shield and a second metal shield. The first metal shield and the second metal shield respectively include a first extension portion and a second extension portion. The conductive terminals include differential signal terminals, a first ground terminal and a second ground terminal. The first extension portion and the second extension portion in contact with the first ground terminal and the second ground terminal. As a result, a shielding space to enclose contact portions of the differential signal terminals is formed. This arrangement can provide better shielding for the differential signal terminals, reduce crosstalk, and improve the quality of signal transmission.

摘要： A circuit board includes two first insertion holes, a second insertion hole located on one side of the two first insertion holes, a third insertion hole located on the other side of the two first insertion holes, and a number of grounding points. The grounding points are distributed on a periphery of the first insertion holes. The grounding points, the second insertion hole and the third insertion hole together form a shielding layer surrounding the periphery of the first insertion holes. The present disclosure also relates to a backplane connector assembly having a backplane connector and the circuit board. Compared with the prior art, the circuit board disclosed in the present disclosure improves the shielding effect of differential signal terminals, reduces crosstalk and improves the quality of signal transmission.

摘要： A wafer includes a number of conductive terminals and an insulating frame. The conductive terminals include differential signal terminals, a first ground terminal and a second ground terminal. Each conductive terminal includes a connection portion and a contact portion. The connection portions of the differential signal terminals, the first ground terminal and the second ground terminal are located in a first plane. The first ground terminal includes a first torsion portion and the second ground terminal includes a second torsion portion. The contact portion of the first ground terminal and the contact portion of the second ground terminal are both perpendicular to the first plane. This present disclosure can provide better shielding effect, reduce crosstalk and improve the quality of signal transmission. In addition, the present disclosure also relates to a backplane connector having the wafer.
