摘要: A displacement control valve improved in the function of discharging a liquid refrigerant in a control chamber at startup achieves a reduction in startup time and an improvement in operating efficiency during control of a variable displacement compressor simultaneously. An opening area between a third valve section and a third valve seat surface in a control area to control the flow rate or pressure in a working control chamber is set smaller than an area of an auxiliary communicating passage, thereby reducing the minimum area of a Pc-Ps flow path in the control area.

摘要: A capacity control valve is provided with a throttle valve portion having a communication hole and a second valve hole. The communication hole is provided between a second valve portion and a third valve portion and makes an intermediate communication passage communicate with a third valve chamber. The second valve hole is provided between a second valve chamber and the third valve chamber. An amount of narrowing of the throttle valve portion in relation to a stroke of a valve element is set larger when the second valve portion initially opens by separating from a second valve seat face, and then becomes narrower after the initial opening of the valve. The capacity control valve is capable of shortening a start-up time and improving the operating efficiency of a variable capacity compressor.

摘要: The inflow of an external fluid into a mounting hole of a displacement control valve can be prevented, and accumulated gas in the mounting hole due to the permeation leakage of high-pressure gas can be discharged to the outside. A displacement control valve 1 inserted and fitted in a mounting hole 3 provided in a casing of a device controlled in displacement includes a sealing lip 46. The sealing lip 46 is fitted in a fitting section 41 at an outer peripheral portion of the displacement control valve 1 on a side close to an entrance of the mounting hole 3. The sealing lip 46 has a lip portion 46b abutting on an inner peripheral surface of the mounting hole 3.

摘要: A capacity control valve includes: a valve body having first communication passages, second communication passages, third communication passages, and a main valve seat; a valve element having an intermediate communication passage, a main valve portion and an auxiliary valve portion; a pressure-sensitive element disposed in the valve body; a solenoid that drives a rod; a first biasing member that biases in a valve closing direction of the main valve portion; and a second biasing member that biases in a valve opening direction of the main valve portion, wherein the rod moves relative to the valve element to press the pressure-sensitive element. The capacity control valve can efficiently discharge a liquid refrigerant and can decrease a driving force of a compressor during a liquid refrigerant discharge operation.

摘要: In an exemplary embodiment, a capacity control valve includes: a valve main body 2 having a first valve chamber 7 through which a fluid at control pressure passes and which has a first valve seat surface 31A, and an interior space 4 through which a fluid at suction pressure passes; and a valve body 21 having an intermediate communication passage 26 for communicating the first valve chamber 7 and the interior space 4, and a first valve part 21C for opening and closing the intermediate communication passage 26 adjacent to the first valve seat surface 31A, wherein an opening area of the first valve part 21C is smaller than that of the intermediate communication passage 26. The capacity control valve is capable of simultaneously achieving reduction of a start-up time of the variable capacity compressor and improvement of responsiveness of capacity control at the time of control.

摘要: A capacity control valve includes: intake-side passages connecting an intake chamber that takes in fluid and a control chamber; a pressure-sensitive chamber formed midway along the intake-side passages; a liquid-refrigerant discharge valve that receives the pressure of the control chamber to open and close the intake-side passages; a pressure-sensitive body placed in the pressure-sensitive chamber, which extends to apply a biasing force to the liquid-refrigerant discharge valve in the direction of closing the valve, while contracting as the ambient pressure increases; and a solenoid that applies an electromagnetic drive force to control the main valve; wherein the pressure-sensitive body is supported on one side by the driving rod of the solenoid in a manner permitting relative motion, while connected on the other side to the liquid-refrigerant discharge valve, wherein the discharge valve structure and discharge flow passages for discharging liquid refrigerant are simplified.
