摘要: In exemplary embodiment, a seal device 10 that seals between a housing 11 and a rotation shaft 20 passing through the housing 11 includes a floating ring 15 arranged with a gap h with respect to the rotation shaft 20, wherein the floating ring 15 includes an aligning means 18 that contactlessly aligns a position of the floating ring 15. In the seal device, the automatic aligning operation of the seal ring is maintained even upon running for a long time, a clearance between the rotation shaft and the seal ring can be properly held, and the sealing operation by the seal ring and the vibration damping function can be exerted.

摘要: In an embodiment, a sliding face of at least one sliding part of the pair of sliding parts is provided, along its entire circumference, with a trap groove 10 for trapping leakage fluid, located on a leakage side and spaced from the leakage side by a land. A dust entry reduction means 12 for reducing entry of dust from the leakage side while allowing passage of fluid is formed between lands of the pair of sliding parts on the leakage side of the trap groove 10. At the sliding faces of the pair of sliding parts sliding relatively, entry of dust from the leakage side as well as liquid leakage to the leakage side are suppressed.

摘要: In an exemplary embodiment, a sliding component includes a pair of sliding parts sliding relatively to each other. One sliding part is a stationary-side seal ring 7, and the other sliding part is a rotating-side seal ring 4, wherein the seal rings have sliding faces S formed radially for sealing a liquid or a misty fluid as a sealed fluid against leakage. At least one of the sliding faces S is provided with: spiral grooves 11 which have upstream ends 11a connected to a leakage side, and downstream ends 11b not connected to a circumferential edge on a sealed-fluid side, and are disposed at an angle from upstream to downstream; and discharge grooves 10 disposed at an angle such that their upstream ends 10a are located on the leakage side and their downstream ends 10b are located on the sealed-fluid side.

摘要: In an embodiment, in a slide component, dynamic pressure generation grooves 10 are provided on a sealing face of at least one of a pair of slide parts 4, 7 so as to be isolated with no communication from the sealed fluid side and the leakage side by land portions R of both the sealing faces, and a plurality of independently-formed minute recessed sections 11 is provided at positions on the sealing face IS between the dynamic pressure generation grooves 10 and the leakage side, the positions being separated in the radial direction from the dynamic pressure generation grooves. The slide component can make the sealing faces fluid-lubricant and low frictional and prevent leakage of a sealed fluid and incoming of dust to the sealing faces at the time of normal operation.
