摘要: In an embodiment, a rotating-side seal ring 5 is formed in a substantially pentagonal shape in cross section having a cut portion 5a at which a corner portion on the inside-diameter side and the side opposite to a sealing face is cut in a tapered shape. A cup gasket 7 is fitted over the inside-diameter side and the back-surface side, and is formed in a substantially L shape in cross section including an axial portion 7a in contact with the inside-diameter side and an inner cylindrical portion of the sleeve 2 and a radial portion 7b in contact with the back-surface side and a radial portion of the sleeve 2, and has a corner portion 7c facing the cut portion 5a formed in a shape along it. The thickness of the corner portion 7c is set larger than a gap between the inside-diameter side and the inner cylindrical portion.

摘要: In an embodiment, a sliding face of at least one sliding part of the pair of sliding parts is provided, along its entire circumference, with a trap groove 10 for trapping leakage fluid, located on a leakage side and spaced from the leakage side by a land. A dust entry reduction means 12 for reducing entry of dust from the leakage side while allowing passage of fluid is formed between lands of the pair of sliding parts on the leakage side of the trap groove 10. At the sliding faces of the pair of sliding parts sliding relatively, entry of dust from the leakage side as well as liquid leakage to the leakage side are suppressed.

摘要: In an embodiment, a slide component includes a circular ring-shaped stationary-side seal ring 5 fixed to a stationary side and a circular ring-shaped rotating-side seal ring 3 rotating with a rotating shaft 1, and relatively rotates respective opposed sliding faces S of the stationary-side seal ring 5 and the rotating-side seal ring 3, thereby sealing a sealed fluid present on one side in a radial direction of the sliding face relatively rotating and sliding, wherein the sealed fluid is a silicate containing fluid; and on at least either one sliding face of the stationary-side seal ring 5 and the rotating-side seal ring 3, an amorphous carbon film 10 formed by using hydrocarbon gas not containing organosilicon compound gas in a plasma CVD method is laminated. The slide component can seal a silicate containing sealed fluid to which silicate is added.

摘要: In an embodiment, a pair of sliding components that slide relative to each other is included. One of the sliding components is a stationary-side seal ring 2, and the other sliding component is a rotating-side seal ring 3. The seal rings 2 and 3 have sliding faces S2 and S3 extending radially, respectively, for sealing sealed fluid against leakage. The sliding faces S2 and S3 are provided with a static pressure groove 22 communicating with a sealing gas supply passage, and pumping grooves 5 capable of controlling the radial flow of sealing gas to a flow from the low-pressure fluid side to the high-pressure fluid side by relative sliding of the sliding faces. By controlling the radial flow of sealing gas at the sliding face, the amount of flow of the sealing gas flowing to the low-pressure fluid side is reduced to improve sealing performance.

摘要: In an embodiment, in a slide component, dynamic pressure generation grooves 10 are provided on a sealing face of at least one of a pair of slide parts 4, 7 so as to be isolated with no communication from the sealed fluid side and the leakage side by land portions R of both the sealing faces, and a plurality of independently-formed minute recessed sections 11 is provided at positions on the sealing face IS between the dynamic pressure generation grooves 10 and the leakage side, the positions being separated in the radial direction from the dynamic pressure generation grooves. The slide component can make the sealing faces fluid-lubricant and low frictional and prevent leakage of a sealed fluid and incoming of dust to the sealing faces at the time of normal operation.
