Abstract: In one embodiment, the present invention provides an augment comprising: a. a side configured to contact and attach to a receiving bone; b. a side configured to contact an implant; and c. an exterior profile, wherein the side configured to contact a receiving bone and the side configured to contact an implant are separated by a thickness; and wherein the augment is configured to anchor to the receiving bone.
