    摘要: A heat exchanger, for an exhaust gas system (5) of an internal combustion engine (1), includes a thermoelectric module (13), converting thermal energy into electrical energy, having a hot side (17) and a cold side (18). A cooling pipe (15), for a cooling fluid, is arranged on the cold side (18) and a heating pipe (16) for a heating fluid, is arranged on the hot side (17). The cooling pipe (15) and the heating pipe (16) are stacked with the thermoelectric module (13) in a stacking direction (19) and form a stack (20). The heat transfer within the stack (20) is improved with at least one of the pipes (15, 16) being curved toward the thermoelectric module (13) at an outer pipe face (26) and with the thermoelectric module (13) curved toward the pipe (15, 16) at an outer module face (27) facing the particular pipe (15, 16).

    摘要: A thermoelectric module (13), for converting thermal energy into electric energy, includes a plurality of leg pairs (26), which have each a p-doped semiconductor leg (27) and an n-doped semiconductor leg (28), which are contacted with one another electrically via metal bridges (29). At least one electrically insulating ceramic plate (30), which is arranged on a hot side (18) of the thermoelectric module (13) or on a cold side (19) of the thermoelectric module (13) and is flatly in contact with metal bridges (29) associated with this side (18, 19) and is fastened thereto. The pressure stability of the thermoelectric module (13) can be improved if the respective ceramic plate (30) is segmented, so that a plurality of ceramic plate segments (31) are arranged next to each other, which are each flatly in contact with a plurality of metal bridges (29) and are fastened thereto.

The thermoelectric generator (13), the heating channel (18), and the cooling channel (19) are arranged adjacent in a stacking direction (20) and form a channel stack (21). A housing (8) that encloses an interior (22) accommodates the channel stack (21) and has medium inlets (9, 11), outlets (10, 12) and electrical connections (14). The thermoelectric elements are arranged in a double-walled intermediate bottom (15) that separates the cooling channel (19) from the heating channel (18), adjacent to said cooling channel, in regard to fluid flow.

The heating tube and the cooling tube are stacked on one another and form a tube stack (18), with the heating tube and the cooling tube extending parallel to one another in a longitudinal direction (19) of the tube stack. For energy efficiency, a housing (21) of the heat exchanger has a jacket (23) with an integral re-tensioning section (25) that is resiliently adjustable between a relaxed state and a tensioned state. The pre-tensioning section generates a pre-tensioning force (26) pressing the tube stack in a stacking direction (17).
