摘要: A fluid dispenser system is disclosed that can have a plurality of dispensers, each having a valve. Each valve can be connectable in series with another valve. The dispenser system can include a manifold permitting passage of a common fluid therethrough. Any of the valves connected to two adjacent valves can be removable without removing either of the valves to which it is connected. The common fluid can have a fluid pressure associated therewith. The fluid pressure can generate a tension force for pushing two adjacent valves apart and thereby lock the valves into a series connection. A method of removing a valve from a series of valves comprises stopping flow of the common fluid through the manifold, thereby releasing the tension force. The valve intended to be removed can be rotated, and thus removed with respect to the valve intended to be left in the series connection.

摘要: A floor monitoring device monitors the condition of various flooring substrates. The floor monitoring device may traverse a route through an environment and collect data concerning the condition of the floor. The device may also communicate the floor condition data to another computing device. In some examples, the floor monitoring device may analyze the floor condition data and identify any notable floor conditions within the monitored environment. Alternatively or in addition, the computing device may analyze the floor condition data and identify and/or address notable floor conditions within the monitored environment.

摘要: A pest detection and notification system includes one or more pest monitors and notification badges or cards. Both the pest monitors and the notification badges are capable of short-range wireless communication. Upon detection of presence of a pest, a pest monitor generates and transmits a wireless pest event message. Any notification badge present within the transmission area of the pest monitor will receive the pest event message. Each notification badge includes one or more pest event indicators, such as an audible indicator, a visible indicator, and/or a vibration motor. Upon receipt of the pest event message, the notification badge activates one or more of the pest event indicators, thus notifying the wearer that a pest presence within the transmission area has been detected.
