摘要： An appliance mounting device for mounting appliances such as flat panel TVs at desirable mounting angles which, in a preferred embodiment, includes a base plate having a back panel and upper and lower flanges, one or more base brackets and associated swing brackets, a spring assembly and a spring force adjustment assembly. The base and swing brackets may be pivotally connected at one end. The spring system may be designed and configured to substantially counterbalance the weight of the appliance. The spring force adjustment assembly may include a carriage associated with the base bracket and an anchor rod to which the spring assembly is connected. Simple threaded fasteners may be employed to lock the brackets to the base plate and to adjust the spring force applied to the swing bracket.

摘要： A device charging system that uses the fact that individual devices do not need to be continuously charged for an extended charging period in order to be fully charged at the end of the period. With automatic timing and switching, different devices can be charged at different times during the charging period with the result that all the devices are fully charged at the end of the period. Several charging power boxes that fit into one or more charging cabinets that are controlled by one or more timers. Each charging power box also includes a heat sensor and circuit breaker. User appliances or electronic devices can be stacked in the cabinets, plugged into numerous outlets available on the charging power boxes and then locked inside the cabinet for overnight charging and security. Any abnormal rise in temperature within the cabinet can shut down the entire charging process.

摘要： A universal adaptor for facilitating the mounting of appliances. The universal adaptor includes upper and lower bracket plates. Either the upper or lower plate may include a mounting connector for engaging a commercially available mounting system. Bracket arms with slots may be located and clamped between the plates. A location pin may be used to engage the plates and the bracket arms, while mounting pins may be used to connect the bracket arms to the appliance. The bracket arm slots permit the bracket arms to be adjustably moved toward or away from the adaptor, facilitating connection between the bracket arms and receptors on the appliance. The bracket arm slots also permit the position of the location pin to be adjusted relative to the center of gravity of the appliance to further facilitate mounting of the appliance. The spacing of the adaptor relative to the appliance may also be adjusted to facilitate the mounting of appliances having varying surface mount topographies. A method for using the universal adaptor of the present invention is also disclosed and claimed.
