    Abstract: A satellite cluster system may comprise: at least one slave satellite; a master satellite sharing a control signal and an information signal with the at least one slave satellite through an inter-satellite link; and a terrestrial control system for adjusting positions of the master satellite and the at least one slave satellite and transmitting the control signal and the information signal to the master satellite.

    Abstract: An operation method of a base station in a communication system may comprise: transmitting first indication information to a terminal, the first indication information indicating use of a first CQI table among CQI tables; transmitting a first reference signal to the terminal; and receiving first CSI from the terminal, the first CSI including a first CQI index selected within the first CQI table based on the first reference signal, wherein the CQI tables include the first CQI table and a second CQI table, and a spectral efficiency indicated by at least one CQI index within the first CQI table is identical to a spectral efficiency indicated by at least one CQI index within the second CQI table.

    Abstract: A timing control method performed by a terminal included in a communication network may include: configuring an initial timing reference based on time information obtained from the communication network; receiving a first downlink (DL) signal from a base station; based on the initial timing reference and the first DL signal, obtaining first transmission time information that is information on a timing when the first DL signal is transmitted by the base station and first reception time information that is information on a timing when the first DL signal is received by the terminal; determining a first timing advance (TA) value based on comparison between the first reception time information and the first transmission time information; and adjusting an uplink (UL) transmission timing for the base station based on the first TA value.
