Provided is a method for providing a digital signage service reflecting a user's preference in a digital signage service providing server, the method including receiving user memo data from a mobile terminal through a specific digital signage terminal; generating a tailored content item corresponding to a shopping list contained in the user memo data; and outputting the generated tailored content item to the digital signage terminal.

A method for providing an advertisement from a digital signage control apparatus to multiple mobile devices accessible to an access point installed in a digital signage terminal. The method may include determining whether the number of the mobile devices requesting the identical advertisement for a predetermined amount of time is greater than a threshold, and if the number of the mobile devices is greater than the threshold, transmitting the identical advertisement to the mobile devices through a multicast channel.

An apparatus for measuring advertising effect includes a content providing unit configured to provide content including one or more advertisements according to a request of one or more fixed terminals, and an effect measuring unit configured to receive an advertisement reproduction/view log from the fixed terminal receiving the content from the content providing unit, and measure the advertising effect in cooperation with another system which provides advertisement-related information or sells an advertised product or service.
