Abstract: A mobile personal base station having a caching function and a method for providing service by the same are disclosed. The mobile personal base station is connected to a service provision server, downloads and stores content, and then broadcasts the availability of the service corresponding to the content to a neighboring terminal. Upon receiving a service request from the neighboring terminal, the mobile personal base station provides the downloaded and stored content to the neighboring terminal.

Abstract: An LDPC decoding method of a received signal including a plurality of received symbols is provided. A decoding apparatus selects a perturbation space in which perturbation is to be performed based on a code length of the received signal and a maximum number of perturbation rounds indicating a number of perturbation rounds that can be performed, and performs a perturbation round. The decoding apparatus performs perturbation on a corresponding received symbol among the plurality of received symbols in each perturbation round, and decodes the received signal on which the perturbation has been performed. The decoding apparatus determines that decoding is successful when there is a perturbation round in which a decoding result of the received signal satisfies a predetermined condition.

Abstract: A communication method of a terminal and a base station including a relay is provided. When the terminal attempts a connection to the base station, relays on a communication path include and transmit identifiers thereof in a first message, and the relays and the base station can simply set a communication path to the terminal. When the base station transmits data to the terminal, if the base station includes and transmits an identifier of the terminal in the data, each relay that is located on a communication path forwards data through a preset communication path.
