    摘要： The present application relates to a method of generating a downlink frame. The method of generating the downlink frame includes: generating a first short sequence and a second short sequence indicating cell group information; generating a first scrambling sequence and a second scrambling sequence determined by the primary synchronization signal; generating a third scrambling sequence determined by the first short sequence and a fourth scrambling sequence determined by the second short sequence; scrambling the short sequences with the respective scrambling sequences; and mapping the secondary synchronization signal that includes the first short sequence scrambled with the first scrambling sequence, the second short sequence scrambled with the second scrambling sequence and the third scrambling sequence, the second short sequence scrambled with the first scrambling sequence and the first short sequence scrambled by the second scrambling sequence and the fourth scrambling sequence to a frequency domain.

    摘要： An operation method of a terminal in a communication system may comprise: receiving, from a first base station, information on preambles for random access; transmitting, to the first base station, a first message including a preamble selected based on the information on the preambles; receiving, from the first base station, a second message that is a response signal for the first message; transmitting, to the first base station, a third message requesting a preemptive use of the selected preamble during a first preemptive use period; and receiving, from the first base station, a fourth message allowing the preemptive use of the selected preamble during the first preemptive use period, and performing a random access procedure by using the selected preamble during the first preemptive use period.

    摘要： Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for transmitting and receiving a synchronization signal in a communication system. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a method of transmitting a first synchronization signal, performed by a base station in the communication system, may comprise generating a base sequence; generating a modified sequence by inverting polarity of the base sequence; mapping the base sequence and the modified sequence to a first frequency region having a frequency higher than a center subcarrier and a second frequency region having a frequency lower the center subcarrier, so that the base sequence and the modified sequence are symmetric centering the center subcarrier located at a center frequency of a frequency domain of the synchronization signal; and transmitting the synchronization signal comprising the base sequence and the modified sequence to a terminal. Therefore, performance of the communication system can be improved.
