    Abstract: Provided is a report data convergence analysis method for a disaster response. The method includes receiving first input data including report input data of a reporter, reception input data of a receiver, and report document input data that is prepared by the receiver after a disaster situation ends, storing the first input data in a first database, generating a plurality of first learning models through a learning process based on the first input data stored in the first database, and when the report input data of the reporter is received, performing convergence analysis on the plurality of generated first learning models to provide disaster situation information.

    Abstract: Provided are an object tracking system and an object tracking method. The object tracking system includes: a terminal identifier and reference time providing module configured to receive an identifier of a terminal and a reference time for tracking an object corresponding to the identifier; a cross-CCTV detection module configured to detect a cross-CCTV for the terminal by using a CCTV installation information and a location of the terminal before the reference time; a basic image detection module configured to detect an object repeatedly appearing in the cross-CCTV as a basic image; a current-CCTV detection module configured to detect a current-CCTV currently recording the terminal by detecting a location and a moving direction of the terminal after the reference time; an object detection module configured to detect an object appearing in the current-CCTV based on the location and the moving direction of the terminal after the reference time; and an object tracking module configured to track an object corresponding to the identifier by determining whether the detected object from the current-CCTV and the basic image.

The method includes generating predicted danger information of a crime scene and predicting current danger information of the crime scene based on pieces of report content information and pieces of field police report content information, calculating information about a range of dispatched police force based on pieces of dispatched police report content information, calculating information about a current field police force status and a range of the field police force based on the field police report content information, and determining a response to the crime scene based on supportable resource information for the crime scene, the predicted danger information, the current danger information, the dispatched police force range information, and the information about the current field police force status and the range of the field police force.
