摘要: Provided is a hologram generation method including receiving three-dimensional (3D) data information, determining a first projection position onto which the 3D data information is projected on a hologram plane corresponding to a first spatial light modulator (SLM), and a second projection position onto which the 3D data information is projected on a hologram plane corresponding to a second SLM, generating a first Fresnel zone plate (FZP) pattern corresponding to the first projection position, and determining the first FZP pattern to be an FZP pattern corresponding to the second projection position.

摘要: In the present invention, by providing an apparatus for generating a hologram based on human visual system modeling, including a lens configured to focus light emitted from a three-dimensional (3D) object, a sensor configured to detect the light, an object information obtaining unit configured to obtain object information of the 3D object based on information of the lens and a confusion circle size threshold value corresponding to information of the sensor, and a hologram image generating unit configured to generate a hologram image for the 3D object based on the object information, it is possible to provide a method of generating a hologram based on a human visual system capable of generating image information of a three-dimensional object faster and capable of generating a higher-quality hologram image.

摘要: The present invention relates to an optical information processing apparatus and to a method for controlling same. Provided is an optical information processing apparatus and a method for controlling same, the optical information processing apparatus comprising: a light source for irradiating light; an optical modulator for modulating the light irradiated from the light source; an optical system for collecting the light modulated by the optical modulator and enabling the modulated light to be incident to an optical medium; a stage on which the optical medium is placed; an optical detection unit for detecting the pattern of the light reflected from the optical medium; and a control unit for analyzing the pattern of the light detected by the optical detection unit so as to control the optical system and the location of the stage.

摘要: Provided is a holographic display apparatus including a motor configured to synchronize with a hologram transmitted based on user's point of view and to rotate; a spatial light modulator configured to load hologram data generated based on the user's point of view in a fixed position state and to perform a light modulation; a mirror configured to provide the hologram which is light-modulated by the spatial light modulator according to the user's point of view during the rotation by rotation operation of the motor; and a hologram correction unit configured to compensate a rotation error between the fixed spatial light modulator and the rotating mirror and to provide a corrected hologram data to the spatial light modulator.

摘要: Provided is a method and an apparatus for correcting a distortion of a three-dimensional (3D) hologram, in which the method is performed by the apparatus and includes generating a sliced two-dimensional (2D) section of a hologram by slicing the hologram while performing translation in an optical axis direction, obtaining a sharp sliced image of the hologram from a sequence of images of generated sliced 2D sections using a focusing function of a camera, and analyzing a distortion of the obtained sliced image, and using such a method and apparatus may enable correction of a distortion of a 3D hologram independently from a display structure.
