    摘要: A method and a system for transmitting data by a transmitter over a channel having a predetermined channel quality estimate, comprises the steps of splitting (S2P) input data stream (S40, S60, S80) to be transmitted into a plurality of data sub-streams (S40a, S40b, S40c); processing (SYM1, SYM2, SYMj) each of the plurality of data sub-streams (S40a, S40b, S40c) into a plurality of symbol subsets (S41, S42, S43) by selecting a certain scheme of coded-modulation (BPSK, QPSK, 16-QAM); processing, separately, each of the plurality of symbol subsets (S41, S42, S43), via a plurality of separate Discrete Fourier Transforms (DFT1, DFT2, DFT3), herein after denoted as DFTs, to obtain a plurality of DFT-precoded data sub-streams (S44, S45, S46); allocating each DFT-precoded data sub-stream (S44, S45, S46) in a frequency resource block (RB1, RB2, RB3), via a sub-carrier mapping module (SCM), so that for each data sub-stream (S40a, S40b, S40c) the selected scheme of coded-modulation (BPSK, QPSK, 16-QAM) is chosen in dependence of the values of the channel quality estimate at the frequencies of its own allocated frequency resource block (RB1, RB2, RB3).

    摘要: Data in a mobile communications system is transmitted on at least one channel between at least one base station with multiple antennas and at least one user equipment. A base station applies precoding to the data based on a set of predefined codebooks. A first tracking mode with a first codebook from the set of predefined codebooks is used for the precoding, and at least a second tracking mode with at least a second codebook from the set of predefined codebooks is used for the precoding. The base station switches between the first tracking mode and the second tracking mode depending on at least one condition of the channel.

    摘要: Resources of two frequency division duplex (FDD) frequency bands at a distance from each other are allocated for transmissions by a time division duplex (TDD) transmission method. The resources in the first FDD frequency band are allocated for FDD transmissions in the uplink and for TDD transmissions predominantly in the uplink as the primary transmission direction, and in a secondary manner in the downlink as the secondary transmission direction. The resources in the second FDD frequency band are allocated for FDD transmissions in the downlink and for TDD transmissions predominantly in the downlink as the primary transmission direction and in a secondary manner in the uplink as the secondary transmission direction. No resources are allocated for time periods of an allocation of resources for one of the secondary transmission directions in the first and second frequency bands, for FDD transmissions in the counter transmission direction to this secondary transmission direction.

    摘要: A method detects a first baseband signal sent by a first sending station via an air interface to a first radio station of a radio communications system. A first receive signal, which contains the first baseband signal superposed with at least a second baseband signal sent by a second sending station to a second radio station, is received by the first radio station. The first radio station uses at least a second receive signal received by the second radio station for detection of the first baseband signal. The second receive signal contains at least the second baseband signal, and is used to at least partially cancel the interference in the first receive signal caused by the second baseband signal.
