摘要:
A premix burner is disclosed for operating a combustion chamber with a gaseous and/or liquid fuel, having a swirl generator for inducing a swirl flow in an incoming combustion air flow and a device for injecting fuel into the swirl flow, the swirl generator having at least two cone shell segments which fit together to form a flow body and together enclose a conically formed swirl space with a cone angle γ and air inlet slits directed tangentially to the length of the cone. At least at the downstream end region of the swirl generator, a shaped element enclosing the cone shell segments with an inside wall facing the cone shell segments is provided, and that the cone shell segments end in the inside wall in a flush manner while maintaining their shape.

A premix burner for producing an ignitable fuel/air mixture has a swirl generator with at least two burner shells (B) which complement one another to form a throughflow body, which in each case have a first burner shell section (1) with a partial cone shape and together enclose an axially conically widening swirl space and which mutually define, in the axial cone longitudinal direction, tangential air inlet slots (LS), through which the combustion feed air (L) passes into the swirl space, in which an axially spreading swirl flow forms, and includes fuel feeds which are arranged at least in sections along the tangentially running air inlet slots (LS). A second burner shell section (8) curved in opposition to the first burner shell section (1), in each case designed in a partial cone shape, is added flush to the first burner shell section (1), a third burner shell section (9) adjoins the second burner shell section (8) flush, the third burner shell section (9) having a curvature tangentially adapted to the second burner shell section (8), and the third burner shell section (9) defines, on the one side in each case, one of the tangential air inlet slots (LS) and provides a leading edge (12) serving for the combustion feed air (L).

A lance (3) for introducing a fuel into a mixing path (2) of a burner (1) which is provided with a swirler for producing a swirled combustion air flow, especially a burner of a turbine plant, includes a lance head (5), a fuel feed (8) and an oxidator feed (10). The lance head (5) projects into the mixing path (2), has at least one fuel nozzle (6) for injection of the fuel into the mixing path (2), and also has at least one oxidator outlet orifice (7) for introducing an oxidator into the mixing path (2). The fuel feed (8) extends in the lance (3) and is connected to the at least one fuel nozzle (6). The oxidator feed (10) extends in the lance head (5) and is connected to the at least one oxidator outlet orifice (7). In order to improve the operation of the burner (1), the at least one oxidator outlet orifice (7) is located centrally on the lance head (5), and the at least one fuel nozzle (6) is installed on the lance head (5), being offset radially outwards with regard to the at least one oxidator outlet orifice (7).

A premixing burner for generating an ignitable fuel/air mixture has a swirl generator with at least two burner shells (1) which complement one another to form a throughflow body and which jointly enclose an axial conically widening swirl space and delimit, with respect to one another in the axial longitudinal extent of the cone, tangential air inlet slits (3) through which combustion supply air passes into the swirl space in which an axially propagating swirl flow is formed, and with fuel injection devices, which are provided at least partially along the tangentially running air inlet slits (3). The fuel injection devices are designed as a fuel line (6) which is separate from the burner shell (1) and which is firmly attached to the burner shell (1) so as to be longitudinally movable with respect to the burner shell (1) and so as to be releasable perpendicularly to the surface of the burner shell (1), and in that, in the burner shell (1), orifices (4) are provided, into which issue fuel injectors (7) which are provided along the fuel line (6) and which project beyond the circumferential edge of the fuel line (6).
