摘要: A cooking appliance including an interior, a fan mechanism having at least one fan wheel in the interior, at least one first flow directing member for subdividing the interior into a pressure chamber that houses the fan wheel and a cooking chamber, in which the first flow directing member includes at least one suction port for sucking atmosphere from the cooking chamber into the pressure chamber when the fan wheel is in operation and at least one blow-off port for blowing atmosphere from the pressure chamber into the cooking chamber when the fan wheel is in operation; and at least one second flow directing member that is included with the fan mechanism in the area of the suction port of the first flow directing member in order to improve the flow from the cooking chamber into the pressure chamber by forcing an axial main flow H in the suction zone of the fan mechanism, where the second flow directing member performs a nozzle function, extends from the fan mechanism into the cooking chamber, and overlaps the edge of the suction port of the first flow directing member, and where the first flow directing member extends into the second flow directing member.

摘要: A centrifugal fan with a pot-like impeller and with a housing, having a first circumferential wall region with an arc-like curvature which extends directly along the impeller. The housing includes in a direction of rotation of the impeller a second circumferential region with a radial distance from the impeller increasing spirally up to an outlet region. The housing includes in an opposite direction a third circumferential wall region extending to the outlet region, having an S-curvature and including a sub-region curved in the same direction as the first circumferential wall region forming a flow baffle element. Two side walls cover the axial end faces of the impeller wherein one of the side walls extends into the pot-like impeller and divides its interior into a first suction chamber having an intake and a second suction chamber. The outlet region expands in cross-section in the outlet flow direction.

摘要: Proposed is a centrifugal fan with a pot-like impeller (10) and with a housing (11) accommodating the impeller (10), the circumferential wall (18) of which, starting from a first circumferential wall region (19) with an arc-like curvature which extends directly along the impeller (10), comprises on the one hand in the direction of rotation of the impeller (10) a second circumferential region (20) with a radial distance from the impeller (10) increasing spirally up to an outlet region (21) and on the other hand against the direction of rotation of the impeller (10) a third circumferential wall region (22) likewise extending to the outlet region (21). Two side walls (25, 26) cover the axial end faces of the impeller (10), wherein a partition (28) on one of the side walls extends into the pot-shaped impeller (10) and divides its interior into a first (V1) and a second (V2) suction chamber, an intake (29) being assigned to the first suction chamber (V1). The third circumferential region (22), starting from the first circumferential region (19), has an S-curvature towards the outlet region (21), its sub-region (24) curved in the same direction as the first circumferential wall region (19) forming a flow baffle element for the air flow returned to the second suction chamber (V2). The outlet region (21) expands in cross-section in the manner of a diffuser in the outlet flow direction. This design results in a centrifugal fan with increased efficiency and increased fan power combined with a lower volume.
