摘要： Techniques are described herein for determining completion of a Web server download session at a database server. A Web server initiates a download session for downloading a requested resource (e.g., a file or an output of an executable) to a client. The download session includes download operation(s), each corresponding to a respective portion of the requested resource. The Web server incorporates a session-specific identifier indicative of the download session and/or byte range indicator(s) corresponding to the respective download operation(s) into Web server log files. The database server uses the session-specific identifier and/or byte range indicator(s) to determine that the download operation(s) are included in the download session. The database server determines a download pattern corresponding to the download session based on download request(s) that correspond to the download operation(s). The database server determines whether the download session is complete using an algorithm that is indicative of the download pattern.

摘要： The present invention is generally concerned with a breakaway door panel system comprising an impact resistant panel pivotally assembled to a pair of connecting members mountable to a door adjacent a first end and a second end of the panel respectively, and at least one impact releasable panel locking device comprising a first compliant holding element mounted at an end of the panel, a second complementary compliant holding element mounted to one of the connecting member adjacent the panel end, and a connecting bar releasably connecting the first holding element to the second holding element, whereby, when an impact force of at least a predetermined strength in applied to the panel, the bars are extracted from at least one of their respective holding elements, leaving the panel break away from the door, pivoting in the direction of the impact force.

摘要： An articulated footrest assembly for a seating unit comprises a footrest member moveable between a retracted position and an extended position, a telescopic linkage for extending and retracting the footrest member between the retracted and extended positions, and an actuating linkage. The footrest member comprises proximal and distal portions while the telescopic linkage comprises a stationary support member mounted to the seating unit, a first telescoping arm, and a second telescoping arm. The first telescoping arm has a distal end connected to the proximal portion of the footrest member through a first pivot. The second telescoping arm has a distal end connected to the footrest member between the proximal and distal portions through a second pivot spaced apart from the first pivot. The actuating linkage comprises a first linkage portion interposed between the stationary support member and the first telescoping arm and a second linkage portion interposed between the first and second telescoping arms. When the actuating linkage is operated, the first linkage portion moves the first telescoping arm in one of forward and rearward directions relative to the stationary support member and the second linkage portion moves the second telescoping arm in the same direction relative to the first telescoping arm thereby simultaneously moving the footrest member in that direction and pivoting the footrest member about the first and second pivots.

摘要： A vertical blind control includes a single control mechanism for traversing the vanes (8), i.e., opening or closing the blind, and for rotating the vanes to change the amount of light admitted by the closed blind. The control mechanism includes a wand (29), which is used to slide and rotate a shaft (35) carrying opposed bevel gears. One bevel gear (72) is engageable with a mating gear system (76) connected to a tilt rod (10) for rotating the vanes. The other bevel gear (63) is engageable with a drum (48) carrying a cord (13) for traversing the vanes to open or close the blind. The shaft is slidable within the mechanism so that only one of the bevel gears is engaged at any one time to effect the desired operation.

摘要： A mobile seat is used in a motorized vehicle to permit a user person seated thereon to displace itself to a desired position and wherein the seat is locked and unlocked at the desired position by the user person in a hands-free mode. The seat comprises a seating member which is displaceably secured between front and rear guide rails. A pivot connection is provided rearwardly of the seating member. A braking element is connected to the seating member for displaceable engagement with the front guide rail by pivoting motion of the seat member about the pivot connection. The braking element is actuable by the position of the user person seated on the seating member whereby to arrest the seat member at a desired position without the use of the user person's hands.

摘要： A spring loaded pin is provided at both ends of the bottom rails of the movable side and an engageable head is fixedly mounted on each of the posts between which the movable side is mounted. The spring loaded pin is allowed to ride in a guiding track which is formed of a vertical elongated section and a return section provided at the top of the elongated section and as a continuation of the latter, the track being provided in the two posts mentioned above. A shoulder is formed in the elongated section above the junction between the return section and the elongated section. The track has sloping down and rising portions to exert different resistances against the spring loaded pin indicating to the operator that locking is about to take place, that the movable side is about to be unlocked or is in the process of being lowered. This device is safer and easier to operate than presently known devices.
