摘要： The present disclosure provides a strip for separation and sequence specific detection of nucleic acids in a sample, a system for sequence specific detection of nucleic acids comprising the strip of the present disclosure and an epifluorescence detection device, and a method for qualitative and/or quantitative determination of a nucleic acid using the strip. The strip, system and method of the present disclosure is easy to use and provides accurate and reliable results due to its high sensitivity and specificity in a relatively short analysis time compared to the conventional assays.
