摘要： Disclosed herein is a moving head for a semiconductor wafer polishing apparatus. The semiconductor wafer polishing apparatus has a table on which a polishing pad is formed, and the moving head mounted via a support unit to hold a wafer relative to a polishing surface of the table. In this case, the moving head includes a sensing means having a load cell and a piezoelectric sensor to measure pressing force and frictional force acting on the wafer provided in the moving head. The present invention relates to the polishing of a semiconductor wafer material from which an integrated circuit is made. That is, the present invention provides a moving head for semiconductor wafer polishing apparatuses, which detects vibrations transmitted to a wafer and outputs signals indicating frictional force and pressing force acting on the wafer, using a load cell and a piezoelectric sensor installed in the moving head so as to maintain optimum frictional force and pressing force relative to the surface of a polishing pad, thus realizing precise final polishing.

摘要： A method of controlling a mobile terminal, and which includes displaying, on a touch screen display of the mobile terminal, an operation screen corresponding to a current operating mode executing on the mobile terminal; detecting, via a detecting device, a touch input on the touch screen display of the mobile terminal; determining, via a controller on the mobile terminal, a first finger characteristic describing a finger touching the touch screen display and a second finger characteristic describing the finger touching the touch screen display that is different than the first finger characteristic; performing, via the controller, a first operation relevant to the current operating mode based on the determined first finger characteristic; and performing, via the controller, a second operation relevant to the current operating mode based on the determined second finger characteristic.

摘要： A mobile terminal and message list displaying method therein are disclosed, by which a message item of a counterpart terminal (or an unchecked message) having sent an unchecked message may be displayed at a specific point on a message list regardless of an arrangement reference of message items. This may include receiving at least one message from each counterpart terminal, generating the message list including at least one message item corresponding to each counterpart terminal, determining whether an unchecked message exists in the received at least one message, and when the unchecked message exists as a result of the determining, displaying the generated message list by displaying the message item corresponding to the counterpart terminal having transmitted the unchecked message at a specific position in the message list regardless of an arrangement reference of the message item.
