摘要： The present invention relates to a method for converting alcohols to aldehydes, in particular fatty alcohols to fatty aldehydes, said method utilizing a catalyst, wherein the method is capable of providing high conversion of said alcohol, for example on a large scale, wherein the reaction and purification utilise a relatively small amount of solvent, and wherein the purification is capable of removing the catalyst from the product aldehyde.
