    Abstract: In this breast thickness measurement device and breast thickness measurement method, radiation is radiated from a plurality of different angles to a breast that is in a compressed state, a plurality of image data are generated by means of a radiation detector, and a plurality of tomographic images are generated by reconfiguring on the basis of each image datum after same has been generated. In each tomographic image, the thickness of the compressed breast is calculated on the basis of a tomographic image in which the focal point matches a first marker and a tomographic image in which the focal point matches a second marker.

    Abstract: A common region derivation unit derives a common region common to at least some of a plurality of projection images which correspond to a plurality of radiation source positions, respectively, and are acquired by directing an imaging apparatus to perform tomosynthesis imaging. In a case in which a width of the common region in a movement direction of a radiation source is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value, an image acquisition unit directs the imaging apparatus to perform the tomosynthesis imaging to acquire the plurality of projection images.

    Abstract: A radiographic imaging system includes: a radiographic imaging apparatus body that has a movable unit and is disposed in an imaging room; a subject information acquisition unit that acquires subject information regarding a subject; a first position controller that moves a position of the movable unit to a first position according to the physique of the subject using the subject information; an imaging unit that images the subject; a recognition unit that recognizes the subject using an image of the subject captured by the imaging unit; and a second position controller that moves the position of the movable unit from the first position to a second position according to a recognition result of the recognition unit using the recognition result of the recognition unit.
