Abstract:
A drying system constituting a drying zone that supports substrates having a wide range of absorption rates, and a printing system are provided. This object is addressed by a drying system that dries a substrate which has a first surface to which a liquid is applied and which is transported along a transport path, in which a second drying zone in which a second heating apparatus for drying a high-absorption substrate having a relatively high absorption rate with respect to the liquid is disposed is configured upstream of a contact roll that comes into contact with the first surface to which the liquid is applied, on the transport path, and a first drying zone in which a first heating apparatus for drying a low-absorption substrate having a relatively low absorption rate with respect to the liquid is disposed is additionally configurable upstream of the contact roll on the transport path.
Abstract:
A medium processing device that suppresses adhesion of a liquid, with improved durability of a member that comes into contact with a medium after a drying treatment. The medium processing device includes: a drying device that performs the drying treatment on a medium; and a contact member that first comes into contact with a liquid adhering surface of the medium, after the drying treatment. The drying device performs the drying treatment so that a mass of a liquid per unit area on a liquid adhering surface of the medium is 200 μg/cm2 or less. The contact member has a cooling structure. Bonding work of a contact surface that comes into contact with the liquid adhering surface with respect to a liquid applied region of the liquid adhering surface is 80 mN/m or less. Vickers hardness of the contact surface is 450 Hv or more and 600 Hv or less.
Abstract:
A manufacturing method of an imaging module and an imaging module manufacturing apparatus capable of performing positioning of an imaging element unit and a lens unit with high accuracy are provided. A manufacturing apparatus 200 holds a lens unit 10 and an imaging element unit 20 on a Z axis, and images a measurement chart by an imaging element 27 in a state where a probe 113a comes into contact with each of terminals 14A to 14F electrically connected to an x-direction VCM 16A, a y-direction VCM 16C, and a z-direction VCM 16E of the lens unit 10 and electricity flows to a lens drive unit 16 inside the lens unit 10. A contactor of the probe 113a is configured of a non-magnetic material.
Abstract:
Provided is an ink jet recording method including an ink applying of applying an ink containing water onto an impermeable base material using an ink jet method, in which the ink applying is performed by applying the ink onto the impermeable base material under a condition that a polarity of static electricity of a surface of the impermeable base material to which the ink is applied is opposite to a polarity of a zeta potential of the ink.
Abstract:
A manufacturing device holds a lens unit on a Z axis that is orthogonal to a chart surface of a measurement chart, holds an image pickup element unit on the Z axis, picks up an image of the measurement chart by an image pickup element while changing a Z-axis direction position of the image pickup element unit held on the Z axis in a state in which current is applied to a second lens drive unit and a third lens drive unit of the lens unit held on the Z axis, adjusts the position and a tilt of the image pickup element unit relative to the lens unit on the basis of image pickup signals that are obtained in the case where the image of the measurement chart is picked up, and fixes the image pickup element unit to the lens unit.
Abstract:
A printing system that performs double-sided printing includes a first chemical liquid application device that applies a chemical liquid to a first surface of a substrate, a second chemical liquid application device that applies the chemical liquid to a second surface of the substrate, a temperature adjustment device that adjusts a temperature of the substrate, and a moisture content adjustment device that adjusts a moisture content of the substrate, in which the temperature of the substrate when the chemical liquid is applied to the first surface is adjusted to a range exceeding 5.0° C. and lower than a temperature of the chemical liquid, and a first moisture content of the substrate when the chemical liquid is applied to the first surface is adjusted to a range of =5.0% with respect to a second moisture content of the substrate when the chemical liquid is applied to the second surface.
Abstract:
An image forming apparatus includes: a pretreatment section that applies a precoat liquid to a printing surface of a continuous recording medium to be transported; a printing section that sprays ink onto the continuous recording medium to which the precoat liquid is applied; and a transport section that transports the continuous recording medium along a predetermined path. The transport section includes at least one pass roller that is disposed between the pretreatment section and the printing section, the pass roller transporting the continuous recording medium to which the precoat liquid is applied toward the printing section and coming into contact with the printing surface of the continuous recording medium. A surface of the pass roller is subjected to water-repellent finishing for the precoat liquid.
