摘要: A rotor for a rotating electric machine includes a rotor winding arranged for conjoint rotation on a rotor shaft, and a slip ring body arranged on an axial end of the rotor shaft and having an end face on an axial end of the slip ring body opposite to the rotor winding. The slip ring body includes connection adapters which project axially beyond the end face of the slip ring body for connection of line ends of the rotor winding. A driver unit for a rotary encoder is fastened to the end face of the slip ring body and/or to the axial end of the rotor shaft and electrically insulated from the connection adapters. A centrifugal force support ring is arranged on the end face of the slip ring body such that the connection adapters and the driver unit are arranged in a through-opening of the centrifugal force support ring.

摘要: An electric machine includes a hollow-cylindrical stator and at least two receiving elements, each receiving element at least partially enclosing the stator in a circumferential direction along an inner coverage length and conjointly connected to the stator in the circumferential direction along an inner fastening length. A stator housing is conjointly connected to the receiving elements in the circumferential direction along the outer fastening length. The inner fastening length extends at most along 120° in the circumferential direction, and the outer fastening length extends at most along 200° in the circumferential direction.

摘要: A slip ring system of an electrically excited dynamoelectric machine can be designed to be closed or open and includes a carrier segment configured to include a brush holder which includes a brush pocket for receiving a brush. The brush holder includes means for cooling the brush in the brush holder and/or for cooling the brush holder and has a surface-enlarging structure so as to enable a cooling air flow to be guided within the slip ring system and thereby cool the brush holder and/or brush pocket.

摘要: A slip ring body for electrically contacting an asynchronous machine includes first and second slip rings rigidly connected to one another, with at least two conductor bars fastened to each of the slip rings. At least one of the slip rings has a recess for passage of the conductor bars of the other slip ring and defining around the recess a first region in which air is at least partially present and which has a magnetic conductivity that is lower than a magnetic conductivity in a second region in which the conductor bars to the one slip ring are fastened, or which second region is embodied for contacting with an energy-transmitting brush. The first and second regions are not made of copper. The recess defines an opening cross-sectional area which is greater than a cross-sectional area of the conductor bars fastened to the one slip ring.
