    摘要： In one embodiment, a central service request management system for managing service requests across a plurality of ticketing systems. The central service request management system includes translation logic for receiving service request messages from the plurality of ticketing systems and translating the service request messages to a standardized format, where each service request message is associated with a respective service request. Additionally, the central service request management system includes data storage logic for maintaining a status of service requests based on the translated service request messages. The central service request management system further includes routing logic for identifying one of the plurality of ticketing systems to transmit each translated service request message to based on the maintained status of the service request associated with the service request message, and for transmitting the translated service request message to the identified ticketing system.

    摘要： A system, method and application for facilitating network support for an install-base network is provided. The method includes performing, at an access node of the install-base network, network discovery to discover one or more nodes of the install-base network. The method also includes collecting, at the nodes, their respective inventories (“network-node inventories”). The method further includes collecting the network-node inventories at the access node, and sending the network-node inventories from the access node to a back-office system external to the install-base network. The method may, optionally, include the access node aggregating the network-node inventories to form aggregate information, and sending the aggregate information to the back-office system in addition to or in lieu of the of network-node inventories.

The holster generally includes a backing panel and a firearm receptacle connected to the backing panel and structured and operable to removably retain a firearm. The holster additionally includes pair of belt clips removably connected, via removable fasteners, to the backing panel and structured and operable to removably secure the holster to at least one of the waistband and belt threaded through belt loops of the user's pants to retain the holster in position under the user's clothes. Furthermore, the holster includes a pair of belt clip covers disposable over the belt clips, wherein the clip covers are structured and operable to resemble the belt loops of the user's pants.

The holster includes a backing panel and a firearm housing connected to the backing panel and structured and operable to provide a firearm receptacle to removably retain a firearm. The support panel structured and operable to be positioned and secured, along with the backing panel and firearm receptacle, between two closely adjacent structures of the vehicle and to contact a floor of the vehicle along a bottom edge such that the firearm receptacle is positionable at a desired height above the floor between the closely adjacent structures. The holster further includes a cinching strap connected to the backing panel. The cinching strap structured and operable to secure the holster to an anchor point within the vehicle.
