摘要： The present invention relates to a method for detecting an analyte in a sample, wherein the sample to be analyzed is applied to a chromatographic carrier. After separating from an interfering substance which may be present in the sample, the analyte of interest is detected on the carrier by means of an immunological assay. Further, a test strip for carrying out the method of the invention is provided. The invention further relates to a method for reducing interference in a method for detecting an analyte on a chromatographic carrier.
