摘要: A final control element for a control unit, for a throttle body located in a conduit carrying a gaseous medium in an internal combustion engine, is disclosed which has a control shaft, supporting the control unit in a manner fixed against relative rotation; a power takeoff member of a final control element gear, the power takeoff member being seated on the control shaft in a manner fixed against relative rotation; and an error sensor, detecting the rotary position of the control shaft, with a rotor part that is connected to the control shaft in a manner fixed against relative rotation. The error sensor is a contactless measurement rotary angle sensor, whose rotor part is integrated by material and positive engagement with the drive member. Preferably, the rotor part is made of sheet metal, and the positive engagement is established by spraying the power takeoff member, made of plastic, onto it. The rotor part is welded to the control shaft.

摘要: In an adjusting device with a transmission, high gear ratios are frequently required. In the transmission, powerful lateral forces are frequently generated, which must be absorbed by correspondingly dimensioned bearings. The present invention proposes an adjusting device having a transmission in which at least one gear is supported on an axle with a diameter that varies in the longitudinal direction. This achieves a uniform material loading of the axle supporting the gear and permits the diameter of the axle as a whole to be significantly reduced. The adjusting device is particularly intended for motor vehicles with an internal combustion engine.

摘要: In an adjusting device having a gear, high gear ratios are often demanded. High transverse forces often arise in the gear and must be intercepted by suitably dimensioned bearings. In the adjusting device proposed here, having a basic body and a cap, an embedded device is provided between a shaft, serving to support a gear wheel, and the cap. With the aid of the embedded device, good bearing of the gear wheel on both sides is attained, regardless of component tolerances. The adjusting device is intended especially for vehicles having an internal combustion engine.
