摘要: The present invention provides a throttle device for an engine enabling an operation of fitting a support shaft supporting an intermediate gear into a positioning hole and an operation of causing the intermediate gear and a counterpart gear to mate with each other to be easily performed when a throttle body-side assembly and a gear cover-side assembly, which have individually been assembled, are coupled to each other. In the throttle device, a driven gear 14 of a throttle shaft 4, a driving gear 16 of a motor 15, and an intermediate gear 19 supported by a support shaft 17 are accommodated between a throttle body-side assembly 26 and a gear cover-side assembly 27, the support shaft 17 has one end 17a secured to a gear case 9 of the throttle body-side assembly 26, a positioning hole 20 into which the other end 17b of the support shaft 17 is inserted with the coupling between the assemblies 26 and 27 is formed in a gear cover 10 of the gear cover-side assembly 27, and a projecting length L1 of the other end 17b of the support shaft 17 from an end surface of the intermediate gear 19 is set to be longer than a projecting length L2 of the driving gear 16 from an opening surface of the positioning hole 20.

摘要: This utility type patent publishes a safety control device for petrol post hold digger. It includes an operation frame, respective handles in the opposite two sides of the frame; one is throttle control handle in the right side and another is balance control handle in the left side. The safety control device is mounted on the above of the frame near left side, connected with engine in the middle place of the operation frame by one cable, with the throttle control handle in the right side by another cable. A long touch rod is installed underneath the safety control device, sticking outside of the operation frame to position A as shown in bellow picture.When post hole digger is used, drill bit is driven into soul at clockwise direction. If the drill bit touches big roots or rocks and stops rotation in a sudden, all the inertia and torque from still running engine will be thrown to the operation frame, makes it turn to opposite anticlockwise direction. Then the touch rod, usually sticking out of the frame at position A, will turn to touch leg and rotate in a certain angle towards position B. Detecting this angle change, the safety control device will act and reduce the engine torque by releasing its throttle cable to get a lower speed. As a result, to avoid the operator's danger of falling down, make the machine always operate under comfortable control.This patent is designed to be safe in operation, simple in structure and high practical in use.

摘要: A vehicle driving force control device controls a driving force of an engine in accordance with an operation of a handlebar grip attached to a motorcycle. The handlebar grip is nonrotatably secured to a handlebar of the motorcycle. The vehicle driving force control device includes a strain gauge and a control section. The strain gauge acts as twisting force detection means for detecting a twisting force that is oriented in a normal rotation direction or in a reverse rotation direction and applied to the handlebar grip. The control section controls the driving force in accordance with the detected twisting force. The control section exercises control to increase the driving force in accordance with the twisting force oriented in the normal rotation direction.

摘要: Synergistic induction and turbocharging includes the use of one or more throttles in close proximity to each cylinder intake valve to control air flow in each intake port delivering air to combustion cylinders in an internal combustion engine system. A turbocharger may also be affixed in close proximity to each cylinder exhaust valve to enable a synergistic combination of hyper-filling cylinders with combustion air and immediate harvesting of exhaust gas by adjacent turbochargers. In some implementations the turbochargers may be low-inertia turbochargers. The combination of individual throttles per intake port and a turbocharger in close proximity to each cylinder enables faster ramp-up of an engine in the early stages of acceleration. Various implementations thus provide improved fuel economy and improved engine performance in tandem, instead of one at the expense of the other.

摘要: A tangible computer readable medium of a vehicle includes object code referencing a plurality of variables, the object code for: identifying sets of possible target values based on air and exhaust setpoints for an engine; generating predicted parameters based on a model of the engine and the sets of possible target values, respectively; selecting one of the sets of possible target values based on the predicted parameters; setting target values based on the selected one of the sets of possible target values, respectively; and controlling opening of a throttle valve based on a first one of the target values. The tangible computer readable medium also includes calibration data stored separately and that includes predetermined values for the variables referenced in the object code, respectively. At least one processor executes the object code using the predetermined values to perform the identifying, the generating, the selecting, the setting, and the controlling.

摘要: An excentric pin for an electronic throttle control assembly, which is used to adjust the default position of at least one spring used to control the position of a valve plate, where the valve plate is located in an opening of a housing in the electronic control assembly. The excentric pin is used to adjust the default angle of the valve plate to have an angular tolerance of +/−0.10°. The excentric pin is slideably pressed into an aperture of the housing of the electronic throttle control assembly, and turned using some type of driver. The electronic throttle control assembly may be a one-spring design, or a two-spring design, where the two-spring design requires only one spring pin and the excentric pin. Also, the excenter pin may be used to adjust the position of the sector gear, e.g., function as the lower mechanical stop to provide a minimum opening angle for low leakage, and a minimum opening angle to avoid throttle plate corking into opening of the housing.

摘要: A throttle body assembly includes a housing defining a throttle bore with a throttle plate in the bore and mounted on a shaft. An electric motor has a pinion gear. A gear assembly transfers rotational drive from the electric motor to the throttle plate. Biasing structure biases the gear assembly and thus the shaft to cause the throttle plate to close the throttle bore defining a closed position thereof. When the motor is energized, rotation of the gear assembly, against the bias biasing structure, thereby causing rotation of the shaft to move the throttle plate from the closed position to an open position. A position sensor assembly determines a position of the plate.
