摘要: A card edge connector includes an insulative housing retaining conductive contacts soldered to a mother board. The housing defines a slot for receiving a daughter board engageable by the contacts for electrically connecting the daughter board to the mother board. Two side arms integrally extend from the housing, each having an inner face forming a platform for supporting the daughter board. A remote end section of each side arm forms a relatively rigid portion and a relatively flexible portion. A reinforcing member made of metal is attached to the remote end section of each side arm. The reinforcing member includes a side plate having a remote end from which a securing tab extends for interposing the relatively flexible portion therebetween and thus attaching the reinforcing member to the relatively flexible portion. A barbed tab extends from a proximal end of the side plate and is interferentially fit into a slit defined in the relatively rigid portion thereby securing the reinforcing member to the relatively rigid portion while allowing deflection of the relatively flexible portion with respect to the relatively rigid portion. A soldering pad extends from the barbed tab to be soldered to the mother board. A cantilever type spring arm extends from the soldering pad in an inclined fashion toward the housing. The spring arm forms an arc contact section projecting above the platform for effectively and compliantly engaging the daughter board.

摘要: A Flexible Flat Cable (FFC) connector (1) includes an insulative housing (2), a number of electrical contacts (3) accommodated in the insulative housing, an actuator (4) and a pair of mounting pads (5) retained to the insulative housing. The insulative housing has a receiving cavity (203) and a pair of guiding holes (220). The actuator includes a tongue (400) extending into the receiving cavity to press an inserted flexible flat cable (6) to electrically connect with the electrical contacts and a pair of side latches (44) extending into the guiding holes. The side latches have projections (441) engageable with stoppers (221) of the insulative housing to locate the FFC connector in an open position and recesses (442) engageable with latch blocks (224) of the insulative housing to locate the FFC connector in a closed position.

摘要: An expansion device includes a casing and a wireless transceiving module. The casing includes a receiving slot suitable for accommodating a mobile communication device, wherein the mobile communication device includes at least an antenna to operate at least one communication band. When the mobile communication device is accommodated in the receiving slot, the wireless transceiving module receives electromagnetic wave at the communication band, generates at least one radio frequency signal, and wirelessly couples the radio frequency signal to the antenna in the mobile communication device.

摘要: A method for programming a MLC memory is provided. The MLC memory has a number of bits, and each bit has a number of programmed states. Each programmed state has a first PV level. The method comprises programming the bits of the memory having a Vt level lower than the first PV level of the targeted programmed state such that at least one bit of them has a Vt level larger than a second PV level corresponding to a targeted programmed state, wherein the second PV level of the targeted programmed state is larger than the corresponding first PV level; and programming only the bits of the memory with a Vt level lower than the first PV level of the targeted programmed state such that each of them has a Vt level larger than the first PV level of the targeted programmed state.
