    摘要: A high-performance R--Fe--B permanent magnet being radially anisotropic can be produced by carrying out hot bending of a plateshaped magnet material produced by casting and hot working, to mold it into an arc shape; the cracks to be generated during the bending can be decreased by deciding such bending conditions as the amount of strain, the strain rate, the working temperature, as well as the structure and the composition of the alloy. Furthermore, by optimizing the conditions for heat-treatment and by using an oxidation resistance coating lubricant, an arc shape magnet of high performance and a low cost can be produced under stabilized conditions.

    摘要: A liquid ejecting apparatus includes a liquid ejecting head with a pressure chamber communicating with a nozzle opening and a pressure generator capable of causing a pressure fluctuation to liquid in the pressure chamber. The liquid ejecting head discharges liquid droplets by operating the pressure generator. The drive signal generator generates a drive signal including a drive pulse which includes a first expanding element that expands the pressure chamber, a first discharging element that contracts the pressure chamber expanded by the first expanding element in order to discharge a liquid droplet, a second expanding element that expands the pressure chamber, and a second contracting element that contracts the pressure chamber. The time from the beginning of the first discharging element to the end of the second contracting element is set to ½ to 1 of the natural vibration period of the liquid in the pressure chamber.

The control circuit classifies an inputted character into multiple character groups, and changes a character group that is displayed according to an intentional operation of a user. If a word desired to be finally inputted is among registered words contained in word dictionary data, characters that can be inputted are narrowed down each time a character is inputted so that changing the display from one character group to another is enhanced. If there is not a character anymore that can be inputted in one character group under display, the word input support device changes its display to another character group, which still has a character that can be inputted.

If the first and second authentication keys are identical, the HDD navigation device displays a screen for inputting a utilization period for which a corridor function is expected to be used. The user inputs the utilization period according to the screen. Then, the HDD navigation device gives information related to the utilization period in providing the corridor function.
